Orlando 4 Villas is pleased to offer Car Hire for Customers from the UK & Europe.

Can I amend my Reservation
Yes your reservation can be amended with No charge if you have chosen to Pay for the Cancellation Policy, If you have not paid for the Cancellation Policy then there would be an amendment charge of £10.00 or $20.00 Please call on 1-888-648-3173 or UK 0161-278-3173 quoting the Booking ID Number or the name of the lead driver . Alternatively, please email admin@Orlando4Villas.Com 

Vehicle Availability
Vehicles such as 12 Seater Van, Convertible, Hummers ect are subject to availability from the supplier. We are normally able to obtain confirmation of availability within 48 hours.

What is a Vehicle on Request?
The local rental agency must confirm availability before we issue the rental voucher. This is usually within 48hrs.

GPS Satellite Navigation
GPS units now available Inquire about availability at the rental counter.

What is the difference between Platinum and Gold Package Insurance?
Both insurances are the same however if you select the Platinum Package it extends the insurances to include additional drivers and Full Tank of Fuel. PLEASE NOTE when choosing Gold Package be sure to refil the vehicle before you return as the supplier charges approx 4 times the amount.

Do I have to Pay anything else locally?
No Orlando4Villas Car Hire Includes all insurances and taxes If you require optional extras, for example, child seats/Booster seats or Sat Nav this is payable locally.

When Do I get my Car Hire Voucher?
Your Car Hire Voucher will be sent to you via email with in 7 days of Payment if your Reservation is with Dollar then your Voucher will be emailed to you 6 weeks before your Arrival Date. 

What is my Voucher For?
Your voucher is proof to the suppliers that you have already paid for your vehicle and Insurances. You must present your voucher to the supplier failure to do so may result in you having to Pay again.

I have Not received my Voucher?
If you have not received your rental Voucher then Please call us on 1-888-648-3173 or UK 0161-278-3173 quoting the Booking ID Number or the name of the lead driver . Alternatively, please email admin@Orlando4Villas.Com  as soon as possible as failure to present a voucher to the Supplier  may result in charges being levied or refusal of the vehicle.

Collecting Your Vehicle
Please Note all Drivers must present there Driving License to the Supplier, The lead named Driver must also provide the supplier a Valid Credit Card that will be Swiped as Security to cover the CDW/Theft Excess (if applicable), petrol and any additional items (baby/child seats.Upon arrival our supplier will require you to sign their rental agreement which is a contract between you the lead name Driver and the supplier. Additional Drivers are not required to leave an imprint of his/her credit card, only the lead driver.

How late can I make a booking?
Secure Online bookings can only be made outside of 3 days of departure. Should you wish to make a booking inside 3 days, please call us on 1-888-648-3173 or UK 0161-278-317

Extra Discount
If you have already reserved a Vacation home with Orlando4Villas this will entitle you to more Discount on your Car Hire Rental simply enter the Booking ID on the Quote page.

Where can I find my Booking ID Number.
Your Booking ID Number can be found on your Reservation Confirmation you will receive this once you have made a Payment for your Vacation Home.

Can I upgrade my Vehicle
Yes you may pay to upgrade your vehicle subject to availability but this is Not advised as the charges can be very expensive, We would advise to do this prior to your arrival. It is sometimes know that your supplier may provide you with a Free upgrade if your chosen vehicle may not be available.

Where Do I collect ny Vehice from?
Our Suppliers are now located in terminal at the Orlando International Airport. One floor below luggage collection level.

Can you deliver the vehicle to my Vacation Home?
Unfortunately none the suppliers will deliver the vehicle to your Accommodation.

Can I Hire Child Seats & Booster Seats
You can request child seats & Booster Seats when making your reservation daily charges are approx $8.00 per day and must be paid for locally and must fitted by yourself.

Do your suppliers offer airport collection?
All our suppliers are within the airport terminal. We also offer downtown offices available for your convenience

How Do I Cancel my Car Hire?
To cancel your Reservation for Car Hire just call 1-888-648-3173 or UK 0161-278-3173 quoting the ID Number  example CH297 or the name of the lead driver. Orlando4Villas We will confirm cancellation and any charges via email. Customers who have chosen to take out our cancellation protection will only be liable for the cost of the cancellation protection. Cancellation Protection is valid up to 24hours before departure and can only be purchased at the time of booking.

Do I get a Full Refund?
If you have taken out the Cancellation Policy then your are entitled to a full refund Excluding the Cancellation Fee.
