Drivers Age - Dollar and Budget
Orlando4Villas Car Hire is supplied by Dollar and Budget and All Drivers must be at least 21 years old to drive. Drivers age 21-24 are subject to a local fee of approx $30.00 per day on collection of the car.
Orlando International Airport.
from 1st October 2008 Orlando International Airport will be implementing a Customer Facility Charge. All clients collecting cars from On Airport rental desks will incur a charge locally at the time of collection. The cost of the charge will be $2.50 plus tax for each day of the car rental to a maximum of $12.50 plus tax.
Seasonal Charges
Please note that all pick ups between 18th-31st December 2011/12 will incurr an extra charge of £35.00 or $70 per week or £5 or $10 per day. This is charged by the supplier NOT Orlando 4 Villas. Dollar also charge a seasonal charge between April 15th - 24th, the extra charge is £25.00 or $50.00 per week or £5 or $10.00 per day. Budget rentals charge seasonal charge of £25.00/$50.00 per week & £5.00/$10.00 per day fro pick ups between 20th June - 20th August 2011. Alamo charge a seasonal charge of £60.00 per week/£12.00 per day for 7,8 & 15 seater vans picking up between 15th - 31st December.
Car Hire Availability
Our Suppliers have a huge selection of Vehicles available if for any reason the vehicle you have reserved is unavailable upon your collection at the Airport our suppliers will offer either a similar or larger vehicle at no additional charge.Should your selected vehicle be unavailable you will be informed by email or Telephone Orlando4Villas reserve the right to cancel or amend your Booking at an additional cost met by the customer. If the suppliers change there fleet We are unable to guarantee any particular make or model of vehicle all Cars are subject to availability. Please note that once you have collected the car the agreement then becomes between you and the car rental company.
Flight information
For airport pick-ups, it is essential that Orlando4Villas be provided the correct flight number and arrival time, before departure. This can be done either on line or by phone.
If this is information is unavailable at the time of your booking then please be sure that you inform Orlando4Villas 14 days prior to the pick up of your vehicle , Orlando4Villas will not be held responsible for failure to provide this Information Nor will compensate or refund the renter.
Cancellation and Amendment
Orlando4Villas will waive your liability to pay any cancellation charges and amendment fees up to 24 hours before your pick up date and get a full refund of the price paid for Car Hire only. If you wish to purchase this contractual waiver, you must do so at the time of booking. Please note that Cancellation & Amendment Protection is only applicable to the car hire. All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to admin@orlando4villas.com vouchers must also be returned and will only be effective from the date received by Orlando4Villas. the cost of Orlando4Villas Cancellation and Amendment is £5.00 per week. No refunds will be given for rentals rejected due to non-production of a driving licence or non-disclosed endorsements.We strongly recommend you take the cancellation protection but this is an optional extra.
PLEASE NOTE ALL MONIES PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED OUR CANCELLATION POLICY!!
Child Seats
Our Suppliers will provide Child Seats at the time of collection, Child Seats can not be pre-paid this must be paid for locally at the supplier rate of approx $7.00 per day. All Children under the age of 3 have to be seated in an approved Safety Seat, Children Aged between 3-5 must be Seated using Seat Belt or Booster Seat.
GPS SATELLITE NAVIGATION SYSTEMS
GPS Satellite Navigation systems for only £35.00 or $70.00 per week with your Budget & Alamo Car Rental.
SAT NAVS are also available with Dollar & Thrifty, however these are Payable Locally Only!!!
Please note Sat Nav systems can only be added to PLATINUM packages with Budget. Sat Nav syatems can be added to both GOLD & PLATINUM packages with Alamo. Minimum rental period is 7 days and subject to availability at all times. $799 deposit will be required to be paid locally or an imprint of your credit card will be taken as security.
Driving licence Car Hire Rental Voucher
All Drivers must produce a full driving licence from their Country of residence UK Drivers with a new style Photo Card licence must have all sections with them. This means the photo card ID as well as the paper counter part to show endorsements.
In certain locations and for some car types, drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 2 years. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate driving licence
Budget, Car Hire request that drivers age 21-24 must have held their license for 2 years, drivers age 25+ must have held their full license for 1 year. faxed or photocopied driving licence's are not acceptable
Car Hire Rental Voucher
Your Car Hire voucher, will be emailed directly to you, this must be presented when collecting your vehicle from either of our suppliers, Orlando4Villas will Not be held responsible if the renter is refused the rental because of No Voucher presented. Once you collect your vehicle and sign the suppliers rental agreement your contract then becomes with the respective suppliers Budget, Dollar, Alamo, Thrifty
Pay Now Bookings
Car Hire Payment must be made in Full at the time of the Reservation, Orlando4Villas is pleased to accept Payment by Cheque, Credit Card or PayPal. Please Note Payments by Credit card/ & PayPal will incur a 4% Charge, Debit cards incur a charge of 1.5%.
Book Now Pay Later Bookings
Our system allows you to book now and pay for your vehicle when you make your final payment on your vacation rental home If you cancel your car rental booking a cancellation fee of £35.00 or $70.00 will apply by way of compensation to orlando4villas, this will be appilied to your final balace on your vacation rental home. When you book with Orlando4Villas Car Hire, you do not need to pay a deposit to hold the vehicle. You will be required to enter your Booking ID Number as a guarantee. Applicable for rentals made with in a 12 month period.
Changes to Pay Later Bookings
Changing Pay Later Bookings Subject to availability, you can change your booking at any time up until the time of the rental via this site or by calling Orlando4Villas Toll Free 1-888-648-3173 or UK 0845-647-3173.
Deposits
Budget, Dollar, Alamo, Thrifty may request a deposit of $100.00 per week or a Valid Credit Card to be held on file in the name of the Driver Cash deposits are not normally accepted by Dollar
