Q. How long has Orlando4Villas been in business?
A.Orlando 4 Villas have been trading since 2003 and is a Limited Company in the UK and a LLC in the USA.

A. As 95% of the villas are privately owned by British Citizens living in the UK, by booking with our UK office your enquiry can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Q. Is Orlando 4 Villas Registered or Part of any Association?

Q. How many villas are registered with you?
A. We have over 700 homes listed on orlando4villas with a further 150 homes on the waiting list.
Q. Do I need to go to your office for Key collection?
With our homes, you can conveniently go directly to your rental property and your access is gained by using the security electronic keypad system located on the front door. All information for accessing your vacation home can be downloaded from MY RESERVATION

Q.How do I make a Reservation
A.Please visit your selected home and click the Book online option or Alternatively you may email or call us on Tel: 01144-161-278-3173 or or Toll Free 1-888-648-3173
Q. I am from Canada/USA how do I get my payment to you?
A. Payment can be sent by regular post or by Purolator from Canada or Fed X from the USA, All Payments must be in US Dollars.Payment is also accepted by Credit Card.
Q. How much deposit is required to secure the Booking.
A. To secure a home you will be required to Pay a Non Refundable £200.00/$360.00 or 20% deposit which ever the greater.
Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit.
A.No your confirmation will apply ADP or alternatively you can opt to pay a security deposit of £300.00/$450.00 along with your final balance
This will be refunded with 21 days of your departure.If Payment is via Credit Card then the security deposit will be £300.00 at the current days Exchange rate.
Q. When will the final Balance be due.
A. Your final balance will be due 8-10 weeks before your arrival.
Q. Do I get a confirmation once i have paid my deposit.
A. Yes once you have paid your deposit you will then receive a Reservation Confirmation by email to confirm the Booking you can also retrieve this infiormation by logging into My Reservation.
Q. When will I receive the information regarding the home.
A. Once full Payment has been received you will then receive all the information you will require to locate and access your chosen Vacation home this can be retrieved via the My Reservation tab located at the top of the Banner
Q. Will we be given details of a Local management company.
A. Yes which ever home you choose you will be given all the details of a local management company required, you can also retrieve this infiormation by logging into My Reservation and then clicking My Documents
Q. What happens if I book my villa but can not get a flight?
A. It is most important that you ensure that your preferred method of travel is available before you reserve your accommodation you can do this by visiting our flights and car hire section.
Q. What If I need to cancel my reservation?
A. We understand that sometimes situations arise that prohibit people from traveling. If you need to cancel and are able to notify us over 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will be more than happy to apply your deposit to a future reservation. If you have to cancel your reservation and it is 30 days or less prior to arrival, this will forfeit your deposit
Q. What if there is a problem during my holiday?
A. It is in your best interest and the owner’s interest to fix any problems immediately. Contact information for the owner or their local representative should be included in pre arrival instructions and posted in the rental. The person you have been directed to contact will be your best resource to quickly resolve any issues.

Q. What happens when I leave?
A. Check out policies should be part of the instructions you were provided. Since cleaning standards vary, it is important to know how much the owners expect you to clean up prior to departure. At minimum, the rental should be left tidy. When you are ready to leave, the owner or their representative should check you out of the property, and assuming there is no damage, will refund your security deposit, within 21 Days.
