This is a luxurious four bedroom Florida villa with heated pool that is available for rent throughout the year.
Superb holiday accommodation ideally situated just 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks and with easy access to the airports and Tampa. The villa sleeps 8 with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area, family room, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. It provides the perfect base for your Florida holiday for one or two families.
Location
The villa is situated at 115 Bailey Circle, Hampton Lakes, Davenport. Hampton Lakes is a quiet estate situated just off Highway 27 on the edge of an orange grove. The Disney attractions are just 20 minutes away. The airport is only 30 minutes away.Hampton Lakes itself is well laid out and has a communal pool, tennis courts, volley ball court, lake and children's play area.The area is very spacious with wide roads and pavements. There are some excellent shops just one mile away (turn right out of Hampton Lakes) with a selection of take-aways (pizza, chinese etc.), small shops and a Publix supermarket with a fantastic choice of products. Prices are generally lower than in the UK.
Accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned and carpeted in all living and bedrooms areas. Bedding and towels are provided.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is beautifully decorated with a large en-suite and separate walk in closet. It overlooks the pool.The bedroom has a king size bed, overhead fan/light, dressing table and mirror, dressing table lamp, bedside lamp, two bedside cabinets and a 20" TV.
The Master Bathroom is well furnished with sink, bath/shower and WC.The very large walk in wardrobe is separate from the bedroom and bathroom.
Second Bedroom
This bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, lamp and a full length mirror.
Third and Fourth Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are equipped with built in wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, bedside lamps and twin beds.
Family Room
The family room leads on from the kitchen at the rear of the villa. It has a ceiling fan and patio doors opening onto the pool.It is furnished with a three seater sofa, two seater love seat, single seater armchair, a glass topped coffee table, two glass side tables, two lamps. There is a 27" colour TV, stereo system, DVD player and DVDs. We have also purchased a Play Station 2 and some games for our younger guests.
Living Room
The living room is fully carpetted with a sofa (3 seater), love seat (2 seater) and a single seater chair. There are coffee and side tables.This room stays cool, having a westerly outlook. The window has blinds and curtains.

The kitchen is well equipped with:•

There is a good selection of cooking utensils including a crockpot, crockery, glasses and cutlery.
Dining Room
The dining room is open plan with the living room creating a very large area. There is a large six seater dining table with six upright chairs. A low hanging ceiling lamp hangs above the dining table. This room stays cool throughout the day as it is east facing.
In addition there is a second bathroom, utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and a very large garage which doubles as a games room.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is south facing at the rear of the villa ensuring sunshine all day. It is heated for the few months a year where the temperature dares drop to 75 degrees.There is a selection of patio furniture and a table and parasol for lazy lunchtimes, evening meals and late night chats. For the more energetic there is a pool volleyball net!
