This is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private south facing pool and spa on the new and prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando, Florida. The villa is only 15 minutes from Disney making it an ideal location for your "magical" vacation. Our home is excellently located for quick and easy access to see Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney World. Also you have SeaWorld, Universal and many other attractions, including three championship golf courses, all within easy reach.
Solana Resort is a gated resort community which includes Clubhouse, Exclusive Resort Swimming Pool and Spa, Gym, Games room, Cyber cafe, Shop and many other facilities and is fast becoming the most sought after community in the Disney area. Solana Disney Villa has a luxurious, yet welcoming and homely feel that makes it perfect for a vacation in Florida.
Our spacious villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and will easily sleep 8 - 10 people. The villa is south facing and has a lovely extensive patio area with table, chairs, loungers, swimming pool and spa. This is complemented by fencing at the rear for extra privacy.

4 bedrooms - The First, Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom and walk in shower, which is elegantly furnished and includes Queen sized bed, dresser, TV, mirror and walk in closet.
The Second Bedroom is also furnished to a high standard with a Queen sized bed, TV, en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
The Third and Fourth Bedrooms are also fully equipped and suitable for both children and or male/female guests. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom which is adjacent. All bath towels and linen are provided.
The Superb Pool Area and extensive sun terrace includes a Spa. It is also equipped with a Patio table and Chairs plus a BBQ and Sun Loungers. This is perfect setting to enjoy the Florida Sunshine or great to relax after a hard day at the attractions!! The villa is south facing and has the added privacy of fencing at the rear of the villa. There is also a covered area to provide some shade.
Pool Heating is optional. There are only a few months of the year when this is required. Pricing on request.
Large Family Room, with comfortable seating and Patio doors which open out to the pool/spa area. There is a safety fence provided if required for your childs safety.
TV with Cable TV and DVD Player and DVD’s
Playstation2 plus games.
Board Games.
Dining Room, with table and chairs providing ample seating.
Fully Equipped Kitchen, has been designed for your convenience and includes Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer with Ice Maker, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster plus all cutlery and crockery, and most other kitchen utensils.
Separate Utility Area, includes Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
Telephone, provides free international and local calls. For some long distance calls, you may use your credit card or phone card (purchased locally)
High speed internet access.
Games room, including, pool table, air hockey, basketball and electronic darts. That if Mickey Mouse and friends provide just too much!!
Baby items include, cot, playpen and highchair and stroller. Other baby items available on request.
Solana Resort is situated on the US27 just off of the 192 in Davenport, Orlando. The villa is in a gated community just 15 mins from the Walt Disney World gates. It is conveniently situated within easy reach of all the theme parks, shopping malls and the many championship golf courses. There are many shops, bars and restaurants situated just 5 minutes down the road including a large Publix supermarket, an excellent Walmart, pharmacy, gas station, DVD store and bank. If you like a round of golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. There are over 160 holes to be found within a 10 minute radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate courses.
The management company is available for any queries/questions that you may have and provide a 24 hour contact number in case of emergencies.
For the convenience of our guests, Smoking is permitted on the Sun Terrace only.
