Welcome to Villa Florida Belle. Our luxury, four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa with private pool/spa and game room was built in November 2005 on the prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando, Florida. The villa is only ten minutes from Disney and many other major attractions. The villa is at one end of the community so not only is it peaceful away from the main road it also enjoys the benefits of having open fields to the rear.Solana Resort is a gated community with a luxury clubhouse and many other facilities and is fast becoming the most-sought-after community in the Disney area.
Our villa is managed locally by a professional management company who ensure that the pool and property are maintained to a very high standard.
The villa is fully air conditioned and is no smoking throughout.
Our spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted to a double-size bed), an entertainment centre comprising of large screen cable TV, DVD player, and CD stereo player. A PlayStation and selection of games as well as board games and books are provided for your enjoyment.
Relax in the living room, which has ample seating. In the dining room we have table and chairs to seat six people as well as in the breakfast nook we have table and chairs to seat four people.
Fully fittrd kitchen including home comforts such as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc.
Pool/spa area - our pool area has been extended and provided for your comfort are four sunloungers and a table with umbrella to seat up to six people. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in. The 26-foot by 12-foot pool has underwater lighting and can be heated at an extra cost during the winter months (October to March). A selection of inflatable lilo's and water toys are there for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with separate shower unit, corner bath, basin, and toilet. The other master bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobes, and en suite with bath with a glass shower enclosure, basin, and toilet.
The two remaining bedrooms are both twin rooms with fitted wardrobes. A spacious family bathroom separates both rooms, which has a bath with glass shower enclosure, basin, and toilet.
We have converted the double garage into a game room and fitted it out with a luxury, full-size pool table, table football, and air hockey game. For your added security we have fitted a safe in the master bedroom.
There is FIOS (super fast) internet access in the villa via wireless router for use with your own laptop. There is free internet access at the clubhouse if you do not wish to bring your laptop.

Villa Florida Belle is situated in the brand new gated resort community of Solana on Highway 27, 10 minutes from Disney. Just minutes away are some of the most popular restaurants, but is in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood.
Solana Resort is a rare new resort close to Disney and all the other Orlando area attractions. Located well within the so-called 'Golden Triangle' of driving times to the attractions.
At Solana the fun doesn't stop when you get home from the attractions. You can socialise at the community clubhouse and take advantage of all the amenities and activities.

For added convenience the resort is only a short drive from 'Super Wal*Marts' and Publix Supermarkets for groceries and about everything else you could want.
The coast is within easy reach and only about an hour away. On the Gulf side are the fantastic beaches and attractions like Busch Gardens, on the Atlantic coast is the famous Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral. As well as the Shuttle (launches sadly suspended again!) the Air Force still has an active launch program of Atlas rockets - a night launch is particularly spectacular. Port Canaveral is also home to Caribbean cruises if you are planning a two centre vacation. A little further up the coast is Daytona home of the famous race track.
