Welcome to our Villa where guests are our priority.

We are constantly improving our Villa to ensure all of our guests get maximum enjoyment from their vacation.

The living accommodation is light and spacious throughout and is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added comfort at night.

The heated Pool and Spa back onto lush tropical woodland with ample poolside furniture and a BBQ, the ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of a hectic day.

The Villa is fully child friendly and equipped with a High Chair, Cot, Pushchair, Tot`s Toy Box and even childs life vests for the pool. There is a removable child safety fence between the home and Pool .

Located only five minutes away from Orlando`s famous attractions Emerald Island Resort is just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway but close enough to walk to many of the excellent restaurants, shops and attractions on the popular 192 highway.

All the excitement of Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios are just a short drive away, not to mention the great golf, shopping and dining.

For fun in the sun and surf Florida's spectacular beaches are a leisurely hours drive away. Everything you might wish to do is easily accessible from Our Villa.

FEATURES:

Family Room:

A spacious open plan Family Room overlooking the Pool area. This room has ample comfortable seating. It has a large screen TV with numerous cable channels, DVD player and Music Centre. There is also a selection of DVD's Books and popular Board Games. There is complimentary internet access and a Family Dining Table and chairs for indoor dining.

Second Family Room:
A comfortable second seating area with two Sofa's, TV, Playstation, DVD player with a Sony Surround sound system and a selection of DVD`s. An ideal place to relax and be entertained away from the Pool and the heat of the day or perhaps somewhere for the children to call their own.

Master Bedroom:

A tastefully decorated Master Suite overlooking the Pool/Spa area. There is a TV and DVD Player, Hairdryer and Radio Alarm Clock. The walk in wardrobe has ample hanging space. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, large corner bath and separate WC.

Master Bedroom 2:

The second Master Bedroom is also equipped with en-suite facilities. There is ample hanging space in the fitted wardrobes. This room also has a TV, Hairdryer and Radio Alarm Clock.

Queen Room:

A further comfortable Double Bedroom with Queen Bed,TV and wardrobe space, Radio Alarm Clock and Hairdryer.

Twin Bedroom 1:

A Twin Bedded room overlooking the Pool/Spa. Brightly furnished and featuring a selection of Disney Toys to amuse kids of all ages. There is a Tots Toybox to keep the younger guests amused.

Twin Bedroom 2:

This room is next to the Master Bedroom so younger children need not sleep to far away from mum & dad.

Kitchen/Nook:

A large open plan Kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker etc. Everything we believe you are likely to need. For peace of mind there is a First aid Kit and Fire Extinquisher. Laundry facilities can all be found in the garage and feature a Washing Machine,Dryer, Ironing Board, Clothes Hanger and Iron.

Games Room:

This very well equipped Games Room has 7ft Pool and Hockey Tables, Elelctronic Dart Board (uses plastic darts) and a Multi Games Table with Foosball, Table Tennis, Skittles, Roulette, Chess and Draughts and a floor standing fan to keep you cool. There is also a TV and Music Centre. For fun in the sun there are two Bicycles and Tennis Raquets and balls are supplied for use on the onsite Tennis Courts.

Pool/Spa:

The heated Pool and Spa back onto lush woodland. The Spa has the unique advantage of a rapid heat facility, the deck area has sun loungers, table and chairs and a BBQ. There is a removeable child safety fence and a selection of Pool toys.
