The development at Hillcrest is a small secluded community just off US-27, 1.5 miles south of US-192. There is a large and varied selection of restaurants nearby. The area is a golfers paradise, with many courses, right up to championship standard, within a 15 miles radius. Hillcrest offers a luxurious home for those wanting a bit more peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks but with still keeps these attractions mere minutes away. In fact, Disney is just 10 mins away and for those of you who like to shop, this place is heaven. Telephone provided with free local calls.
As the villa is on a single level with the exception of a step to the front door and a step to the patio, the property offers suitable access to most disable guests.

Bedrooms: Master Suite 1 - queen size bed, en-suite, cable tv & dvd player

All rooms have large walk in closet
Bathrooms: Luxury en-suite to bedroom 1 with very large shower, separate wc and twin vanity sinks with exit to pool area.
Bathroom 2 with bath, shower and wc.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, food processor, all the cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and most other kitchen utensils you may need. Large circular dining table with 6 chairs and breakfast bar with 3 chairs.
Utility Room: Full size washing machine and dryer.
Living Rooms: The lounge area has a beautiful three and two seater sofa set with the three seater converting into a double bed if required.
Other: There is a games room with a 7 foot pool table, drinks fridge, card table, TV with playstation 2 and a selection of board games. Internet access now available.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Good quality bed linen and towels are included and there are ample sets to cover a family holiday. Our local management company clean the villa inside and out including the pool before and after every visit.
Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideally located with Orlando airport just 30 minutes away, Disney 10 minutes and the Gulf/Atlantic coasts approx 1 hour 30 mins away, this is all you could ask for and within easy reach. Accommodation is fully air-conditioned. Our management company are close by if needed. Cots and high chair must be requested.
Outside
To help after a fun packed day at the theme parks, or after experiencing one of the magnificient local golf courses, you can relax and soak in the beautiful Florida sunshine in your own private pool, or why not just lay by the pool on one of the sunloungers. There is a poolside table and chairs and a gas barbeque. You may not even want to leave the house with so much fun there for you too enjoy!
