As you enter our executive villa, you will love the open feeling and vaulted ceilings. The centrally located vaulted family room is a great place to relax and unwind. This spacious room provides an entertainment centre with TV, DVD/VCR and stereo. The comfortable sofas provide a wonderful place to visit or can be turned into a sleeper sofa should you require an occupancy of 12.

Just off the main hallway is the formal dining room with a large glass table and seating for six when you want a special meal together. Next to the Dining Room is the Kitchen, which contains everything from a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with built in icemaker to all all the essentials such as cutlery, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender & toaster.

For informal dining there is a Nook area with a table, four chairs and two bar stools. Alternatively you can exit through the patio door for casual dining at the table for four under the covered lanai or relaxation beside the pool on the padded loungers.

The Master Bedroom is situated on the ground floor with patio doors opening to the pool and spa. This room features a king sized bed, comfortable furnishings along with a TV, telephone and ceiling fan. The large en-suite has a corner tub, separate shower, twin marble vanity basins and a large walk in closet with plenty of hanging space and shelving. There is a portable crib here as well if little ones come to stay.

Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor and contains a luxurious Queen bed with colour co-ordinated soft furnishings, ceiling fan and a large closet. Across from this bedroom is a 3 piece bathroom with marble vanity basin, shower, and toilet.

Bedroom 3 is located upstairs overlooking the pool and spa and contains a luxurious Queen bed with colour co-ordinated soft furnishings, TV, ceiling fan, large closet and its own en-suite which contains a full bath with shower, marble vanity unit, and toilet.

Bedroom 4 and 5 are also located on the upper level. They both have two twin beds, colour co-ordinated soft furnishings, TV’S, ceiling fans and built in closets. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom which consists of full bath with shower, marble vanity basin, and toilet.

All towels, linens and hairdryers are supplied. The Laundry Room is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

The Games Room (located in the garage) will keep you entertained with a large slate bed pool table, air hockey, table football and a fridge to keep your beers ice cold. There is also a table and stools to enjoy your beverages while you watch games being played.

The Pool/Spa area, with its extended deck area, is a great place for the whole family to swim and relax on quality pool furniture. The lanai offers welcome shade from the sun on hot days. When you can't be there to supervise, the added security of the pool safety net keeps little ones safe from the pool. When night comes, the under water lighting adds to the ambiance of the occasion.
