A beautiful Mediterranean style Villa with 4 bedrooms and a private pool.
The Villa sleeps up to 10 people (double sofa bed in living area) and has 2 master bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The living area is beautifully furnished with sliding doors to the pool area, and open plan access to the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar and a dining table and includes a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge (with ice making), and a washer and drier
Cable TV in the living area and master bedrooms, plus a DVD player and PS2, in the living area.
There is a high speed internet connection (although no PC is supplied) and calls within the US are included.
The Villa is fully air conditioned
There is a 14" x 26" heated Pool and Spa, with a deck lanai and BarBQ.
Linen and towels are included, and there is a small travel cot at the Villa.
The Villa is strictly Non smoking and no pets are allowed.
High Grove has a club house with community pool, Internet and a small gym and is situated at the junction of the i27 and the 192.

High Grove is a gated development of just 165 homes, which is just a six mile drive from Disney. There are few other resorts in such an ideal location, and it allows you have all of the comforts of home when visiting the world famous complex.

High Grove is a recently developed community of homes located in the Clermont area of Florida.
