Welcome to our beautiful detached villa on the Mediterranean-style gated resort of Tuscan Hills. Our villa is a home from home with everything you could need to ensure your comfort & enjoyment.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 Master Bedrooms, one with a queen bed & one kingsize bed. Both rooms are en-suite. Master bedroom 1 has direct access to the pool deck from both the bedroom & bathroom. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds & share a bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV & the lucky kids in bedroom 3 can enjoy a Playstation 2 with a selection of games.
LIVING AREA
There is a large family seating area with beautiful upgraded furniture, a 32" TV and DVD player with a great selection of films for all tastes. The seating area enjoys views over the pool deck to the woodland area beyond.
DINING
There is a formal dining table for family meals & an informal breakfast nook. Both of these will be beautifully laid out by the Management Company on your arrival. That's if you don't wish to eat al-fresco by the pool, maybe lunch on the shaded lanai with its cooling ceiling fan, or an evening glass of wine watching a stunning Florida sunset.
KITCHEN
What can we say? Every modern appliance including huge oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, American fridge/freezer with water & ice facility, filter coffee machine, smoothie maker and more.
LAUNDRY
There is a large capacity washing machine & tumble drier tucked out of sight & earshot in a cupboard.
GAMES ROOM
When you have had your fill of Florida sunshine, come indoors & challenge the kids to a game of pool in the fully-equipped games room. Or how about air hockey, table football or electronic darts?
POOL DECK
The southwest facing pool deck overlooks a wooded area & has no rear neighbours making it a private spot to sunbathe or relax in the pool. The 26x13 foot pool has a water spray feature, a bubbling spa, underwater lighting & optional heating. There is a selection of pool toys & inflatables. The large table seats up to 8 & there are 2 loungers for sunbathing or reading by the pool.
OTHER FACILITIES
We offer FREE highchair & cot hire (just bring your own cot linen). There is an optional safety fence around the pool & all external doors can be alarmed for your peace of mind.
Local phone calls are FREE & there is wireless internet access so your teenager can keep in touch with the gossip from home on their laptop.
If you can bear to leave the comfort of the villa, the CLUBHOUSE is 2 minutes' walk away where you can workout in the gym, play tennis or volleyball or take the tots to the outdoor play area.
Should you have any problems or questions during your stay our friendly local Management Company are available 7 days a week.

Amenities on site are a secure gated Mediterranean-style community, Clubhouse with a fitness suite, comfortable lounge, children's outdoor play area, tennis court & volleyball court.
Local amenities are a Publix supermarket & restaurants at Berry Town Centre one mile away. A HUGE Walmart & access to US192 with its great selection of shops, restaurants & crazy golf are just a few minutes' drive.
The all-important Disneyworld is a convenient 12 minute drive, Orlando airport & Universal Studios are 30 mins away, Tampa on the West coast & Kennedy Space Centre on the East coast can be reached in one hour.
Nearby golf courses include Highlands Reserve just across the road & the fantastic Champions Gate. For the keen golfer there are at least 20 golf courses within a 20 mile radius.
If retail therapy is more to your taste there are numerous shopping malls around downtown Orlando. Our favourites are the ENORMOUS Flroida Mall & the prestigious Designer Outlet Centre.
There really is something for everyone & you won't have time to sammple all the attractions in just one visit!
