Our villa is undoubtedly one of the most comfortable, stylish, imaginative and comprehensively equipped rental homes in the Orlando area. If you simply want a basic villa, or if you are looking for the lowest priced accommodations for your vacation getaway, then our “Getaway” villa is probably not for you. If, however, you want to enjoy the best (and for not much more), then maybe Our “Getaway” villa is just right for you and your family.
The “Getaway” is not just a vacation home...it is THE VACATION HOME!!! This home sets itself apart from the run of the mill vacation homes that you're used to seeing. Come stay in our gorgeous 2,622 square foot home and enjoy upgrade after upgrade. THIS HOME HAS IT ALL!!! Before I mention all the wonderful details it is essential to point out the fantastic view from the back of the home. Here you'll find one the most elevated views in Davenport, where you can literally see for miles. The pool and spa face south for maximum sun exposure. Outside the pool area is a row of palm trees that complement the open view. White PVC fencing has been installed along each side of the house. Together with a shorter PVC post fence along the back of the property, you can have privacy without interfering with the view. Inside of the home you'll find such things as a large professional pool table, chess table, and soon to be completed(5/10/08) games room. You will enjoy the luxury of one of the best furniture packages you will find in all of the rental villas. You will find quality and comfort in every room and at every turn throughout the home. Our home comes with a giant stainless grill on the patio for your use. In the family room a large 60-inch TV and Bose entertainment system awaits you after a long day at the parks or hanging around the pool. Ceramic tiled floors can be found in every room but the bedrooms which feature carpeting. All bedrooms are very good size and the master on the main floor has sliders leading to pool and lanai area with a king bed. There are four bedrooms upstairs with second master suite. The bedrooms upstairs are equipped with two queen beds, a full size, and two twins. Our villa is located just north of I4 and rt 27. This is one of the best locations you will find in the Orlando area. We are approximately 10 -15 minutes to Disney and many of the other theme parks are within 30 minutes. We are 1 hour to either coast. We are close to everything but far enough from Orlando to avoid the hustle and bustle and traffic and congestion of the big city. A perfect place to relax and enjoy! Did you say GOLF??? Our wonderful villa is located just minutes from numerous championship golf courses, southern dunes, champions gate, all the Disney courses, Orange county national(crooked cat and panther lake), just to name a few. We are 30 minutes from Orlando international airport and 45 min to an hour from Stanford international airport. You can drive to the Wal-Mart, publix grocery store, dining and new posner park shopping center (600,000 sq ft retail shopping center) within minutes. Tuscan ridge has tennis courts, children’s play ground and clubhouse for your use. Home is equipped with child safety fence for the pool and child alarm for sliding glass doors.

Community and extras
Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful community bordered by orange groves, with communal tennis courts and children’s play area. Close by on US27 there are restaurants and shops and a few minutes away is US192 with all of its attractions, shops and eating establishments. Within easy reach of your villa there is plenty to do and see in and around what is undoubtedly the entertainment capital of the world "Orlando". In addition to Walt Disney World with all its theme parks there is Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, a choice of Water Parks and much more such as Golf, Mini golf, Horse riding, Tennis, Shooting, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Live Theatre, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Boating - including air boats, Balloon rides and Helicopter rides. Within easy reach there is Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens. Gulf coast and Atlantic coast beaches and Kennedy Space Centre. For anyone not into theme parks, there are plenty of other things on offer. For example, shopaholics will be in seventh heaven as there are lots of discount designer shops and factory outlets signposted along the highway. The choice is phenomenal and you can save yourself quite a bit of money on prices for jeans, cameras, CDs, and trainers, just as an example. There are several golf courses within 10 minutes drive of the villa including the Greg Norman signature courses at The Champions Gate complex which also features The David Leadbetter Golf School.
Foyer and Living and dining rooms
When entering our villa the foyer will lead you to the formal living and dining room. There are double sliding doors that open to the large covered patio/lanai from the formal living room. A second family room off the kitchen has cable television, video, games console and a CD/DVD player. There is also a piano for those interested in “tickling” the ivories. Sliding double doors lead out to the pool area from the family room as well. All of the rooms have been designed and furnished by an interior designer to a very high standard with 3 and 2 seater sofas, armchairs and occasional furniture. Coordinating soft furnishings complete these comfortable, spacious rooms. The formal dining room seats eight and has also been tastefully furnished.
Pool and spa
Our villa has a large oversize pool and spa with extended deck and lanai. The pool is completely screened in for your comfort. On the pool deck you will find ample pool and lounging furniture along with the stainless steel BBQ grill. Our pool and spa face south for full sun exposure all day and sit on one of the highest elevations in the surrounding area to provide a beautiful view not overlooked by any neighboring villas. Come and enjoy the Florida Sun!!
Bedrooms and bathrooms
You will arrive to 5 very nice size bedrooms that include a master on the first floor. The second floor has a second master with three additional bedrooms. Our villa has 3 full baths and one half bath. There is one US king bed, 2 US queens, 1 US full, and a set of twin beds in the fifth bedroom.
Games Room (5/10/08)
The games room has a professional pool table, ping pong table, foosball, dart board and chess table. The floor is padded / carpeted for extra comfort and safety. The kids and adults will enjoy time spent relaxing.
Kitchen
Enjoy our gourmet kitchen. Here you will find all the amenities required to enjoy family time and a nice home cooked meal if desired. Our kitchen comes equipped with all appliances, utensils, cooking rack, island and breakfast bar. The kitchen adjoins the family room and overlooks and has easy access to pool / lanai area in back of home.
The furniture and accessories will make you feel pampered in luxury. The lovely screened pool with spillover spa has plenty of patio seating and lots of extra decking.
