Welcome to our beautiful luxurious villa located in the prestigious gated community of Highgrove resort, with its tropical sunshine and palm tree lined roads, just 6 minutes from Orlando's famous attractions but just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway.
Our villa is spacious and perfectly complemented by a co-ordinating colour scheme throughout. The accomodation offers 4 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms all fully furnished to a high standard. The accomodation is offered with a heated swimming pool and spa for your enjoyment after a long day at the parks.
The lounge offers a 50 inch plasma TV/DVD 5.1 Dolby pro logic surround sound system inc an ipod docking station so you can play your music. Comfortable living room furniture. (The kitchen/breakfast bar is well catered with all kitchen appliances inc dishwasher and all utensils. There is a separate Utiliy area with washer and dryer and downstairs cloakroom, leading onto the deck/pool area.
The dining area is separate and is offered with a beautiful glass dining table and complimentary chairs for that special evening meal.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, one master room with en-suite and walk in walkdrobes and 34 inch TV and DVD Player. The 2nd room Guest Room, is also offered fully furnished with queen style bed and double wardrobes and TV with DVD Player. Ensuite also.
Third and Fourth bedroom are offered each with 2 twin beds and are also fully furnished to a high standard. PS2 in third bedroom and TV
The garage consists of a games room, incorporating Fooseball, Electronic air hockey, Electronic Sling shot/basketball and electronic darts and a Professional 7ft Pool Table and one arm Bandit machine.
