The Villa has a private screened heated pool, is fully air conditioned, can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 large bedrooms (2 en-suite), 3 bathrooms, a lounge, dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and furnished decking area. It is tastefully decorated and combines maximum comfort, security and privacy in a beautiful landscaped setting. Situated by Lake Joe. The living area includes 2 sofas and ottoman. The entertainment unit has a large stereo flat screen 42" cable TV (over 60 channels), DVD, VCR, CD player and stereo radio. The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, coffee percolator, etc . There is a separate laundry room with large washing machine and tumble drier---no need to pack your suitcases full of clothes. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All pillows, linen and duvets provided. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with King size bed, ceiling fan and light, Cable TV and en-suite bathroom with large screened shower, large bath, twin vanity suite & large walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 – Bedroom with Queen size bed, with walk in closet and flat screen TV. Bathroom adjoining. Bedroom 3 - Twin Bedroom, TV with bathroom adjoining Bedroom 4 - Twin Bedroom bathroom adjoining. Community Information

The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. Southern Dunes is an established and peaceful gated community comprising of a mix of vacation homes and owner occupied homes. There is an active residents association focused on maintaining and improving the community. The roads are pretty quiet so its safe to walk or jog around. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel.

Southern Dunes is an established, peaceful gated community comprising of a mix of vacation homes and owner occupied homes. Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, which are larger than the private pools attached to villas, so they are useful if you want to swim lengths. There are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides. The lake has a small crocodile and I have seen people fishing there. Super markets are close by along with petrol stations and banks. I4 is just minutes away providing quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne and direct access to the theme parks. The golf club and course is open to the public and, in addition to the golf course there is a driving range, putting green and shop. To play a round it is advisable to book in advanced as it is a very popular with tourists and locals. The golf course, designed by Steve Smyers, is unusual for Florida in that it is built on a hill and has 100 feet of elevation changes. The course has won multiple awards, for example 4 and a half stars (out of 5) from Golf Digest Places to Play (2002-03), America’s Best Top Daily Fee Courses (Golf & Travel 2001.

The community Southern Dunes is its peacefulness and convenience, and is just outside the main gate of the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc).
