Orlando Villas

Our fantastic Villa at Lake Davenport Estates. This is a quiet and peaceful community situated just off highway 27 on the south west side of Orlando. It is surrounded by Davenport lake and woodlands. As well as being close enough to Disney and the other theme parks, it is also just 35 minutes from the international airport and is served by an excellent Publix supermarket just under a mile away. There is a 24 hour Wal-Mart just 5 minutes away.

Our Luxury Villa is located in a quiet private walled community named "The Palms" which also benefit from a nice communal area with Outside Swimming Pool , Tennis Courts , Basket-Ball Court and Children's Play area that our guests can use Free of charge .

The accommodation ground floor; comprises of a large Family room with Cable TV and VCR along with a view of the screened swimming pool , the kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect including large oven/range , dishwasher , fridge/freezer with icemaker , waste disposal and all cutlery/crockery to host 10 guests , The breakfast nook is well positioned so you can watch the sunrise while eating , A separate dining room , Cloak/Shower room , Full laundry room including Washing machine and Dryer plus an Iron /ironing board , Master Suite with Queen size bed , cable TV , ample storage and wardrobe areas and a full size His & Hers bathroom with marble tub , shower , w/c and twin marble washbasins , Bedroom (two) is a twin bedded room with views to the front of the villa , Lobby with stairs to the... First Floor; comprises of Bedroom (three) which has a Double bed with ample wardrobe space and a views to the front of the villa , Bedroom (four) is a twin bedded room again with ample wardrobe space and views to the front , Bedroom (five) is again twin bedded with the same ample storage but has the benefit of far reaching views to the rear of the villa to "Bass Lake" and Walt Disney's Epcot , Third Bathroom with tub/shower etc .

Outside The fully screened swimming pool is 30ft X 15ft and can be heated upon request (optional) the deck area has a nice open views with a table and chairs along with sun loungers for relaxing between those long hard days at the Theme Parks and by night watching the Disney firework displays in the distance .

All Bed Linen and Towels incl pool and kitchen are included in villa .

All living areas are fully air conditioned .

Villa is Managed by a local company who are available 24 hrs freephone from villa .

Villa has a phone with access to free local calls .

The accommodation comprises of : Large Family room with 50" Plasma Cable TV, DVD and Video, Phone with free USA calls and WIFI connetion, Fully equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher , large Oven/Hob , Microwave , Fridge/Freezer with ice maker , Waste disposal etc , Breakfast area (seats 4), Formal Dining room (seats 6), Laundry with Washer /Dryer & iron , The Master suite with Cable TV and a full En-suite Bathroom , A further double bedded room and Three Twin bedded rooms , all with ample wardrobes (one with a Safe for your valuables) , Two further Bathrooms .
The screened Pool is 30ft X 15ft and has open views from the deck area (including Disney fireworks at night) , A Patio table , chairs and loungers for relaxing between those long days at the Theme parks. Pool Heating is optional (not required in summer months).
