The benefit of being so close to Disney is that after all the fun and games at the theme park, if ever you wanted to pop home in the afternoon to relax etc you could, also there is the great factor of being so close to all the supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. There is off road parking and a double garage attached to the property, also for your convenience.

Gorgeous views can be enjoyed whilst swimming in the 30ft pool, or even sitting relaxing in the patio area whilst having dinner with friends.

Perfect location for anyone looking for a spacious luxury home, everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Cable TV with VCR and DVD players, you could even have a try at a little hi-tech gamesmanship on our Play station 2 or even surf the net, utilising our high speed wi-fi connection-practically your holiday requirements taken care of.

The lounge is bright and airy with a patio door opening onto the pool area. Brilliantly furnished with a choice of two sofas to relax on, tiled throughout the house to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, light wood tables with decorative lamps.

A fully fitted equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences needed to enjoy a self catering holiday. This is an ideal place to prepare a variety of meals with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking stove, microwave and a variety of small appliances. All kitchen utensils are provided.

The en suite master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, a huge walk-in wardrobe along with two bedside cabinets with lamps. A luxurious private bathroom which includes a large bathtub, separate double shower (one shower head only) and a double vanity basin. Patio doors leading onto the pool area with gorgeous view over pool and conservation area and the lake.

The second bedroom consists of a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, light wood effect chest of drawers and decorative lamp.

The third bedroom has twin beds, decorated in a children’s theme and comes with light wood effect chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and decorative lamp.

The fourth bedroom has twin beds, light wood effect chest of drawers and decorative lamp.

All rooms have TV’s and all new and clean bed linen provided.

Without a doubt, one of the most popular features of our gorgeous Florida home is the inviting waters of our fully screened private pool. It has beautiful surroundings of lush tropical planting and is complimented by a deck chair and deck table. Access to the pool and deck area is via a sliding patio door from either the master bedroom, or lounge.

There is also a separate utility room with washing/ drying machines, ironing board and vacuum cleaner etc.

This home has a burglar alarm fitted and also benefits with a safe for personal belongings.

The accomodations were nice. There was plenty of room and it came well stocked with towels as well as utensils and necessary pots in the kitchen. My only complaint was that the cloth furniture in the living room of my villa was broken. There were two pieces of furniture and both of them were broken. It made the place look dinjy and it really was not. Perhaps replacing the furniture would be a good idea. There were no pictures posted of the living room when we selected the room, perhaps that is why. Nonetheless, I will use Orlando4villas again when the need arises again.

Sunset Lakes is a prestigious gated community ideally situated for all Central Florida’s main attractions. It is a small development of detached pool homes surrounding 2 natural lakes, which attract many varieties of fish and wildlife. Relaxing in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location it is hard to imagine that you are just 4 miles from Disney. Sunset Lakes is an oasis that provides the ideal place to retreat to after a long day at the Parks. Sit around your pool and watch the passing wildlife go by or pop back between parks to freshen up ready for your next adventure

Sunset Lakes is a well-maintained community set around 2 well stocked fishing lakes and conservation areas. The larger lake provides a small fishing pier and cabana, from which to enjoy romantic sunsets and view the Disney Fireworks. There are communal facilities available for all guests, comprising of a large swimming pool with changing facilities and sunloungers plus a play area for the youngsters.The beauty of Sunset Lakes is it's peaceful and rural location, yet so close to all the amenities and attractions. The shops and restaurants of H/W 192 are only minutes away by car or an approx 30-minute walk. Disney World can be reached within 10 minutes and The Universal Parks/Sea World is a 20-minute drive and there are numerous Golf Courses close by for the golf enthusiasts. With the newly opened Champions Gate Course only a short drive away. A little further a field are the beaches – the Atlantic Coast and Kennedy Space Centre are 1 hours drive and the nearest beach resort on the Gulf Coast of Clearwater will take you 1 1/2 hours to drive. Busch Gardens at Tampa is a little nearer and usually takes 1 hour to reach.
