This beautiful 4 bed/ 2 bath villa is situated on the gated community of Sunset Lakes. It is fully air-conditioned and is only a 5 minute drive away from Disney World Theme Park. There is off-road parking and a double garage attached to the property.
It has a 30ft private swimming pool and decking area, which is enclosed by a mosquito cover. The pool also benefits from views over a lake and surrounding woodland. There is also a large communal swimming pool and a safe play area for the younger guests to enjoy.
Inside, the villa boasts 4 bedrooms, two of which are king size and two of which are twin rooms. One of the twin rooms is decorated in a children's theme. The master bedroom has satellite television, a huge walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, which includes a large bathtub, separate double shower and a double vanity basin. In addition to this en-suite there is another bathroom, which comprises a modern bathtub, shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern conveniences needed to enjoy a self-catering holiday, and there is a separate utility room with washing and drying machines. There is internet access in the home, although you will need to provide your own ethernet cable. There is cable television in every room, a dvd player and hi-fi stereo in the lounge, as well as a playstation.
This is a non-smoking villa and pets are strictly forbidden.
