This fantastic three bedroom/two bathroom villa on the popular development of Lindfields is situated only eight minutes away from the Disney theme parks. This prime location is ideal to reach shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants and all other amenities that you would expect on a main road. This location is also perfect to travel to all the sights of Orlando, as the Interstate 4 and Highway 27 are both only minutes away. The major golf courses are also only five minutes away.

The villa itself is situated on a corner plot with a larger then average swimming pool. The property benefits from high vaulted ceilings and three bedrooms.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, large television with cable, a view onto the pool and an en-suite shower, WC, and vanity unit. The two further bedrooms are twin rooms (2 single beds), with one decorated in a Disney theme, perfect for children!

The lounge has a new suite, which comprises one three-seater and one two-seater sofa, and a large television which is connected to cable. Patio doors lead from the lounge out onto the pool and patio area.

The fully fitted kitchen has all the modern facilities that are required to enjoy a self catering holiday, including cutlery and cookware. A separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer is also provided.

The villa is non-smoking and pets are strictly forbidden.
