GROUND FLOOR is as follows
on entry is a spacious open plan surround with voulted ceiling, comprising of lounge /dining room area with a large 2 seater sofa bed and a further 2 seater sofa large coffee table plus a further 2 smaller tables with lighting,dining table with 6 chairs and windows to the front and side of
property.
MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed and a TV a large dresser with
lots of drawers and a large vanity mirror patio doors directly onto the pool
and spa,fairly large walk in closet leading to the en suit bathroom which
has a nice large shower cubicle a deep oval bath tub and twin basins with
under-cupboard storage with a large lit mirror hairdryer towels and a door
to the w/c.Patio doors onto spa and pool.
short hall leads to staircase, 1/2 bathroom -w/c and basin then onto a utility room which has a washing machine tumble dryer iron and ironing board and a door to the double garage which stores 1 gas and 1 charcoal
BBQ.

lovely pool approx 15ft x30ft and 3ft to 6ft deep circular spa and comfy patio furniture and table the entire area being covered by a lania and a lovely view of the lilly lake( only 15ft away and not straight onto your
neighbours like most other properties),

a spacious kitchen with everything you will need it has gas hob/oven microwave large fridge freezer with ice maker dishwasher, kettle toaster coffee maker pots pans utensils crochery cutlery tea cloths dish cloths and
ample cupboards for food storage.leading to a nook with a further dining
table and 4 chairs large closet with ample pool towels and patio doors
leading to pool area.

FIRST FLOOR
3 further bedrooms and bathroom
bedroom 1 has a king size bed with light colourful bedding a TV and walk in closet bedside tables and lamps.
bedroom 2 has a queen size bed again with colour full bedding and
bedside table with lighting a closet and tv.
bedroom 3 is for the younger guests and has 1 twin and 1 double bed with dolphine bedding and nemo and friends brightening up the walls, a tv and a PS3 (please bring games), and a closet.
Bathroom has a bath with shower basin and w/c, and towels.
Second Lounge / Family Rooms
has tv with 80 channels video player cd hifi 2x3seater comfy leather sofas large coffee table and table with lighting, a large window that overlooks the pool area and lake.

We have just enjoyed 2 weeks at this lovely villa. The location is ideal as it is situated in close proximity to the Disney Parks. It is a 5/10 min drive to the nearest Park (Animal Kingdom). An added bonus to this villa is the view from the pool area which overlooks a lake, this coupled with the privacy hedges to the sides make it a lovely place to relax after a hard day at the Parks. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance if you have the energy!!!
