Our executive fully air conditioned 7 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom pool home is now available for rental. Our beautiful property is situated on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando which is just 4 miles from Disney attractions, just south of 192 highway, and ideally located for easy access to all main routes and other attractions.
The sleeping accommodation comprises of:

The living accommodation comprises of:
• Lounge Room with 42” LCD TV HD 1080p, DVD and Surround Sound system

The Garage has been converted to a Games room, complete with full size pool table, air hockey table and basketball game, complimented by a Bar table and stools to relax whilst you play.
The pool area includes an extended deck with ample patio tables, chairs, lounger’s and side tables for all guests. The private pool and Jacuzzi / Spa are separated from the patio area by a child safety fence, which can be removed if so desired, there is a shaded area providing respite from the Florida sun.
The Kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with all the expected accessories, including Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine and Kettle.
There are LCD TV’s throughout the property, many with built-in DVD’s.
Free National telephone calls and International calls to many countries (list available on request, but include UK and Canada).
Wireless High Speed Internet available; just bring a laptop to make use of this service.
