A large informal comfortable sitting area over looking the pool, with stunning high vaulted ceilings, the family room is open plan to the kitchen, informal dining area leading on to dining room and lounge this is a wonderful family sitting area to enjoy a large flat screen TV with DVD and PS3 player with a great DVD and PS3 games library.
KITCHEN
Our beautiful well-equipped modern kitchen with amazing granite worktops contains everything you will need for your stay including cooker microwave dishwasher fridge freezer with built in icemaker.
NOOK
This informal kitchen /dining area has table chairs to seat 8 we also have a baby high chair .
LANAI
This oversized 10x40 area gives you a great place to sunbathe, for the kids to play with protection from the sun it also has a dining table with 8 chairs plus 4 additional easy chairs and coffee table. plus we have recently added table tennis.
POOL
Our over sized 15x30 pool has an extended deck, which has 4 luxury sun lounges, a dining table with 8 chairs and a 4 chair lounge area that is complimented by a wonderful spa area. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool. we have recently added a table tennis game too
GAMES ROOM
To keep all entertained we have made the garage into a great games room, with football, a pool table, and air hockey.
DINING ROOM
Our beautiful formal dining room is just off the kitchen contains a table with seating for 8 people.
LOUNGE
The lounge is the ideal place to chill out and have peace and tranquillity and to relax in the luxury of the surroundings.

Absolutely delightful. Will we try and come again? You bet! It was better than I ever anticipated. The only downfall to my son was the distance to Walt Disney World. For my husband and myself it was great. Loved getting up everyday to our gracious friends - the Cranes and being able to take a morning swim if you wanted. Home away from home is how we all felt. The only downfall was the kitchen furniture was wonderful but too high for a lot of us short people and tight quarters between the table and island. But it worked out okay. We fed the kids first and then we sat after they went and played. Other than that small issue everything about the home was wonderful. A truly memorable trip it was and will be for sometime. Thank you for the wonderful gift as we were truly exhausted from the long drive and to come and open the front door of our villa and opening the back door to the pool - definitely was a hit with the children. There was 10 of us and not once did any of us manage to get in each others way. So much room. It was great. Once again a big thank you to the wonderful staff at Orlando4villas. You were all very informative and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

WOW!!! my family and i stayed at this villa for 10 ngihts, and it was absolutely amazing!!! i didn't want to leave, it was perfect. it was so nice and relaxing, and it was roomy and the pool area was absolutely fantastic. it felt like home, i actually started calling it home, just hoping my mom would get the hint and buy it for me, but that didn't happen :( the place was just so beautiful, i loved the kitchen, and i had the second master bedroom upstairs- and i had originally wanted the downstairs one, but it was beyond my expectations, and i have very high ones. the veiw was more than beautiful, especially with the sun setting, being able to watch it in the hot tub and just relax after a long day in the spa, which is big!!! so is the pool!!! the pool cleaner was very friendly and so were the people where you check in at!!! its was just wow!!! beyond words can describe. you have to expierience it for yourself to really get the full effect, i had 7 differnet timers counting down to the second i got there. and the wait and money was more than worth it. way more. it was just so amazing, and its good for larger families or two traveling together, or even a smaller one who just wants extra room, cause there was only 4 of us. i just couldn't imagine it to be any better, and i have a very big imagination. i'd be dumbfounded if someone went and didn't like it. the game room was great, i liked how the pingpong was out by the pool, the grill was nice, so was sitting outside and eating the steak that we grilled :) even though it is a little more expensive than some others, its far better. i looked at other one's, bigger one's that looked really nice on the outside, and were more expensive than this, but not nearly as nice as this. for houses and cars, looks are everything to me. and the outside looked fabulous, and the pictures made the inside look nice too, so i was a little hesitant, but it blew my mind when we opened the doors. it was great, and thank you to all the staff and owners!!!

firstly i have to tell you we are experianced orlando vacationers and have been coming to orlando and renting villas for the past 12 years, Watersong was new to us and all i can say it was an absolute pleasure to be in a conservation area with all the beautiful wildlife around us, but yet so close to all the attractions,
secondly you villa was slightly more $ than we have ever spent before but all i can say it was worth every penny and more, its true you yet what you pay for, your villa was exqusite, it had everything in it it was so luxurious the kids had toys table tennis the games room pool toys tv & dvd in rooms playstation, we had the copmuter tvs in rooms extra seating on pool area larger pool and deck than i have ever seen before, i shall reccommend your villa to all my family and friends
and we wil DEFINATLY be returning next year

This home was more than we expected. It was our first time ever doing any vacation plans and renting a home thru the internet so at first I was very skeptical but when we arrived at the home it was wonderful. I would recommended to anyone in which I did already at work and for sure we as a family are difinetly going back to this lovely home. Thanks for the warm gift also. you guys made my vacation easier .

Thank you so much we had the most amazing holiday in this wonderful villa
We were so surprised when we arrived the villa is so luxurious and it had everything we needed
And more we really did well picking this villa as our friends stayed in one that was no where near as nice
And it was more expensive
Te large pool area was great the kids loved it,the table tennis and games room kept us all amused
Our teenages loved the playstatioin
I can go on more as this was just the best holiday we have had we were only15 mins from disney
And an hour to the beach it was just great and thank you for the welcome pack as we arrived late at night it was great to get there and to be able to have a coffee
