Hi judith and john. obviously we are back from hols now and would like to say we have had a fantastic time, weather was superb a couple of showers at the end of some days which in a way was quite refreshing after a hot day and certainly didn't spoil your holiday at all. Did manage to use the pool this time which was also fantastic,we would just like to say your home helps to make our holiday you guys have done a fantasic job on making such a
comfortable and beautiful place to stay. Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying once again and we are already planning to go out again in two years.

This is our second visit, What a great Home we spent 3 weeks there this july and had a more than great time. the villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed.
we already reccomended this villa to some of our friends.
The Location is fantastic just of the I4 , really only 12mins from the attraction .

This property were the place where my family and me enjoyed the best vacation in years!! I´ve emphasize that everything was as described and the house was very clean as well maintained. The neighborhood surrounding the property is very quiet and safe place for the stay, and the access way from I-4 is very simple; the trip from Disney´s park takes no more than 12 mins.
The other point to remark is the fast-way communication with the owner; all our restlessness were answered very quickly.

We spent 3 weeks in florida - 2 weeks north and our final week in this lovely 5 bedroomed villa. When we all walked into the villa it was in perfect condition and very clean. There were 11 of us in our group and we all fitted into the villa comfortably - the 2 separate living areas were great, one was for the kids and one for the adults! There is a games room that kept the children entertained, dvd's and board games. There are plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, beds very comfortable with extra blankets if needed, and the pool area is safe for children and lit at night-time.

In the local vicinity there is Target which sells basic groceries or a walmart, 10 minute drive away. There is also a 7-11 for the emergencies at the end of the main entrance to sunset ridge.
The villa is approx. 10-15minute drive from the walt disney attractions and VERY easy to get to. Myself and all of my family would highly recommend hiring this villa - the owners were very prompt and helpful with any questions I had before we hired the villa and during the lead upto us going. I want to go back!!

hi john , got back a couple of days ago still recovering from all the golf we played , what a lot of golf courses in your area . had a really good time , villa plenty big enough for all 9 of us and our clubs . past away some long hours round the pool with plenty of beer . must try it again once again cheers back soon garry / dennis
