Our home features generous square footage - approximately 4,500 square feet plus 1700 sq ft of deck this is so big we have had installed an intercom and central music system. The lounge has a 36' HDTV, fed by satellite and cable, DVD/CD players, 2 cassette machines. All your film entertainment needs are provided for within the separate and dedicated genuine cinema screen (not an oversize tv), complete with THX sound, a 92” screen and choice of over 400 films all remotely operated and stored.

The dining room area, with its bespoke imported Spanish tiled flooring is sure to impress your guests as you serve them at the solid wood table which easily seats 12 of your family and friends.

Also featured is an upstairs loft room, designated a quiet area where you can relax and read a book, or catch up on emails load your vacation pictures onto a DVD or cd on the Pentium 4 Pc. Need to send a fax? You can do that as well. Bring your own laptop! The whole house is fitted with Cat5 access points and WiFi is standard.

There are TV's in all bedrooms and each enjoying individual access to cable transmissions. The kid’s rooms have PS2 play station and XBox with games for both.
