The villa itself is brand new, having been built in July 2007, so it represents an ideal opportunity to be one of the first to enjoy staying at this luxury villa.
The private pool is L-shaped, measuring 23ft by 16 ft. As you can see from the photographs, there is also a spa in the pool - a perfect place to unwind after a day in the parks or in the stores! Pool and spa heating is available.
The pool area has been extended so that there is an extra 14ft X 14ft patio area off the pool.
