Rental conditions

This is a comfortable home and is ideal for family vacations. We DO NOT allow this home to be used for parties and is not licensed to sleep more than 12 people. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and the security deposit will be retained.
We do not accept bookings for less than 6 nights. The house is equiped with a booklet provided by the property managers which gives useful information about the house and area. There are also several notices displayed in the house giving information and house rules.
CHECK-OUT on day of departure is STRICTLY 10.00am. Charges may apply for any late check-outs.

Sunrise Lakes is one of the newest and nearest Communities to the wonderful Disney Complex, just 10 minutes drive. Whilst for the golfers the Championsgate Golf Course is just a few minutes away. Only half-a-mile away is a large Wynn Dixies supermarket, Post Office, ATM’s and just across the road is a Gas Station, whilst the lively 192 highway has all the shops and restaurants you could ask for. Sunrise Lakes is an exclusive, quiet community, very well maintained, with a mixture of permanent residents and holiday homes, just 1 mile from the 192 on the 27 heading North. Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, The Florida Mall, Kennedy Space Centre and the wonderful beaches of Clearwater, St.Pete’s and Cocoa Beach.

Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses. Sunrise Lakes is an exclusive, quiet community, and very well maintained. The homes are well designed to the highest standards to suit all tastes. For the golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public.
