Welcome to our new, superb, luxurious,JOY Villa perfectly situated in the popular yet peaceful Sandy Ridge conservation area and only 10 minutes to Disney! The villa is also perfectly situated for local supermarket, shops & restaurants, championship golf courses,and the Interstate 4 which runs through the heart of Orlando, all of these are just 2 or 3 minutes away. JOY Villa is a spacious 2 storey detached Villa whihc has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. The oversized private JOY is for all the family and has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We offer upgraded furnishings, a high standard of decoration and finishes, and all rooms are equipped for your needs. All rooms are brights, airy and very well appointed. Our 4 bedrooms include 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms and two twin bedded rooms which share a third family bathroom with bath and shower. JOY Villa now also features a gamesroom converted from our double garage. This includes a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, and darts - enough to keep all the family entertained. Ample car parking is available off road on our driveway. Outside, our attractive kidney shaped pool area features a 15' x 24' private pool which can be heated and provides an ideal area for family fun. The covered patio can offer welcome shade and our upgraded pool furniture makes it a great place to relax in comfort day or night. It is perfect for children and has a child safetly fence and is well lit at night. Our aim is to provide you with a friendly, family based holiday venue and to make your stay as memorable as possible. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets.
