Welcome to our new, superb, luxurious,JOY Villa perfectly situated in the popular yet peaceful Sandy Ridge conservation area and only 10 minutes to Disney! The villa is also perfectly situated for local supermarket, shops & restaurants, championship golf courses,and the Interstate 4 which runs through the heart of Orlando, all of these are just 2 or 3 minutes away.

JOY Villa is a spacious 2 storey detached Villa whihc has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. The oversized private
pool and deck, new gamesroom, free wifi internet access, PS2, DVD's and many TV's are just some of the extras we have included for you to enjoy.

JOY is for all the family and has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We offer upgraded furnishings, a high standard of decoration and finishes, and all rooms are equipped for your needs. All rooms are brights, airy and very well appointed.

Our 4 bedrooms include 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms and two twin bedded rooms which share a third family bathroom with bath and shower.
The downstairs area features our functional lounge which also has a double sofa bed and an extra half bathroom. It also features an elegant dining area complete with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with new modern apliances and there is an adjacent utility room.

JOY Villa now also features a gamesroom converted from our double garage. This includes a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, and darts - enough to keep all the family entertained. Ample car parking is available off road on our driveway.

Outside, our attractive kidney shaped pool area features a 15' x 24' private pool which can be heated and provides an ideal area for family fun. The covered patio can offer welcome shade and our upgraded pool furniture makes it a great place to relax in comfort day or night. It is perfect for children and has a child safetly fence and is well lit at night.

Our aim is to provide you with a friendly, family based holiday venue and to make your stay as memorable as possible. We also provide local management support too so that you can relax on your holiday and leave everything to us.

The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.

Sandy Ridge is in a perfect location to all of the attractions, dining, distinctive shopping and nightlife yet far enough away to kick back and enjoy those relaxed evenings by your private pool. For the golf enthusiast, several PGA golf courses are a few minutes away. Sandy Ridge is also ideally placed to access the I-4 which makes for easy travel to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre. Sandy Ridge is a new community, zoned for short term rentals, and comprises single family pool homes.
