As you arrive at this Executive villa you know that is not an average home. An elegant entrance door and ceramic tile foyer tells you that you reserved an extraordinary home.
You will find four bedrooms , 3 baths, elegant living and dining room , modern gourmet kitchen, inside laundry. It is all the house you could ever expect. Every feature is of a superior standard. Tranquil Emerald Island Resort has gained a reputation as epitomizing luxury and convenience while visiting the Disney Resort. This particular home is ideally located toward the western portion of the estate. To the rear of this home backs on to a conservation park. Down the street is the large community complex that includes tennis courts, games room, exercise gym and heated pool. There are large park lands throughout the estate for a picnic in the park or some fun and games with the children. Either way, this home is executive in nature and epitomizes luxury at its best. This house is designed for up to 10 guests who really appreciate the call for luxury.
The Master Bedroom Suite
The master bedroom is large and spacious. The queen size bed is the main feature as it looks out over your private pool deck. Very romantic for that star lit rendez vous while the other guests sleep in the opposite side of this home. If you need a private time away from the family you will even find your own cable television. Late night movies on the American Movie Classic network can be quite romantic

This bedroom is like a small retreat of its own after a long day in those busy theme parks. Curl up with a favorite novel or watch a classic movie. Why not enjoy a midnight swim under those millions of stars in the Florida sky ? A private door leads right out to the pool deck. This is certainly a bedroom worthy of a good nights rest.
Bedrooms Two and Three

Bedrooms two and three have twins beds. They are located near the centre of the villa. There is a second full bathroom located conveniently between these bedrooms
Bedroom Four - Second Master Bedroom
Bedroom Four has a queen size bed. This private bedroom can serve as a second master bedroom if this is required. It includes a private ensuite bathroom.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is extraordinary. Large and spacious. Equipped with a large color cable television and VCR. The cable television includes at least 60 television networks. Everything from several Sport Networks to the All Children Cartoon Network. You can even rent your favorite movies at the UP2U Video Rental Store that is a mere 3 miles west of this house. The living room furniture includes a large couch , loveseat and lounge chair. A large glass sliding door opens up to over look the family pool and its private lanai dining area. On the right day you feel like you are living outside . Open these doors on a Spring day and your living room extends right out on to the pool deck. During warmer months the central air conditioning system brings you added comfort for a goods nights rest.
DINING ROOM
An adjoining formal dining room is perfect for a dinner together. Mind you , why be serving a full meal when you have so many world class restaurants only two minutes away at the Splendid China Mall. "Convenient to both the family room or kitchen" The gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing that family meal. Every modern appliance including a full sized cooking stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven. You’ll find all the needed smaller appliances and plenty of dishes and cookware. This kitchen has its own dining area with a table set for four.

(these fences offer extra security for young children but
can be easily removed when adults are in supervision)

The perfect pool... walled to the rear for privacy and includes a dining Lanai (sheltered porch) for meals with a difference.
