The villa is made up of 5 large bedrooms (2 Queen Master Suites and 3 twin bedrooms), 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite, 1 family bathroom and a downstairs toilet), a 26 x 13 ft private pool and spa with a extended pool deck and covered lanai, a games room (with a pool table, air hockey table, and a darts board), a dining room, a large living room overlooking the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, cable TV, and a DVD player (with a selection of films). The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably but should this not quite fulfill your needs, an easy to transform Queen sized sofa bed can be found in the living room.

Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes).

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions; can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions gate, plus over 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.

Tuscan Hills is a brand new development near Kissimmee that combines the timeless style and atmosphere of classic Floridian homes with the ease and sophistication of modern American living.
