The Villa, completed in 2005, is equipped to the highest standard, It is fully Air-Conditioned and backs onto Orange Groves.
Our Villa is tastefully furnished and has every convenience for 10 people.
The Villa offers 3 Queen sized bedrooms, two of which have full en-suite bathrooms and all have luxury top of the range Sealy Pillowtop Matresses, cable TV and Hairdryers. There are 2 Twin rooms each with two full size single beds also with Sealy Matresses.
There is a seperate Utility Room with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Ironing equipement.
The fully equipped Kitchen has Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Cooker Range, Microwave, Coffe Maker and Blender plus a full range of cutlery pots pans and crockery.
The Lounge has settee seating and coffee table a large Cable TV and DVD/CD player and patio doors which open onto the Lanii and Pool area.
The West facing Heated Pool is 24'x 12' and is fully Screened and has a detachable Safety fence. It is an ideal vantage point from which to watch the setting Florida sun.
There is a Quiet area with further seating and coffe table.
A Double Garage completes the accomodation.
