Mickey’s Magical Villa is a fully furnished luxury family vacation home located in Windsor Hills Resort, which is approximately 2 miles from Disney World and minutes from all the other Orlando Area Attractions. Your villa is in the Windsor Hills Reserve section, which is the newest phase at Windsor Hills Resort. This phase comes with all the upgrades.
Why pay pricey hotel or resort rates when you can have over 1800 square feet of comfortable living space along with an additional 400 square feet in your private outdoor pool and lanai area. You can have all of this at a fraction of the cost it would run to stay at a place like this at Disney.

Mickey's Magical Villa comes packed with amenities that not only make your vacation fun but also convenient and comfortable.
Family Room- Lounge on the brand new leather sofa and loveseat while you watch the 50" State Of The Art Flat Screen Plasma HDTV. Cable Service is provided at no extra charge. If you prefer music just plug your IPOD into the JVC IPOD Dock/CD/Mini Stereo and lay back. For the guest who wants more electronic interaction, feel free to have a go at Sony Playstation II, bring your favorite games or use ours.
The Lounge- The Lounge adjoins the family room making these two areas great for family fun time together. Comfortable chairs and the game piece table provide enjoyment for all. There is an area in the lounge where a chair and desk set house the Dell Desk Top PC. You can surf the high speed internet for endless enjoyment.
Kitchen- Don't worry about packing up and lugging your home items with you. You are on vacation. The State of The Art Kitchen comes stocked with the following:

Master Bedroom- You will love relaxing in the Master Bedroom that overlooks the pool in the backyard. The bedroom has an in suite bathroom with marble sink, and flat screen LCD TV/DVD. The Master, like the rest of the home is adorned with designer furnishings and window treatments. King Size Pillow Top mattress and comfy pillows make this bed a place where you will love to lay your head down at night.
Bedroom 2- King Size Pillow Top Mattress, in suite bathroom, flat screen LCD TV/DVD along with a rich decor allows for a great stay.
Bedroom 3- Themed Bedroom- What would Mickey's Magical Villa be like without Mickey. Your children will love this Mickey Wizard themed room with LCD TV/DVD, in suite bathroom and two twin beds.
Bedroom 4- Themed Bedroom- Oceanside Retreat is the perfect room for those who like to lay back and go with the flow. Two twin beds, in suite bathroom, and LCD TV/DVD make this a fun place to be whether you are asleep or awake.
Games Room- While Mom and Dad are getting ready for the day ahead, the kids can entertain themselves in the game room. With a pool table, Air Hockey, Arcade Basketball Chute and a Little One's play area there is no shortage of fun.
Pool- If you prefer not to use the heated community Lagoon style pool you have a 14 x 28 Heated Pool with a Heated Jet Spa connected. Lights and a screened Bug Free lanai enclosure add both ambiance and comfort. There is also a security fence around the pool for safety.
Help yourself to the pool toys and if you feel like eating outdoors, please make use of the outdoor dining table and chairs. If you don't feel like eating but want to nap, there are sun lounge chairs to accomodate you.
Misc- Windsor Hills Resort-
Windsor Hills Resort is the closest community to Disney World located approximately two miles from the parks. As a guest, you receive full community privileges during your stay. Your villa is located in the Windsor Hills Reserve section of the resort, which is the newest phase of this vibrant vacation community.
