Leading off the family room is the nook which provides two breakfast bar stools and a table and chairs overlooking the pool, ideal at breakfast time or for a quick snack. We also have a highchair for the very young ones. Please see the Just for Kids section for more information.

A quality kitchen space will be essential for you whilst staying at a villa. The kitchen at MinniesPad is fully equipped with everything you could ever need and more. This includes a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee percolator and toaster. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery even some specifically for the children for use inside and outside.

Through the kitchen and turning right you will find Bathroom 4 featuring a full bath with shower over, vanity and WC. If the children get caught short, don't worry there is tile all the way from the pool to the bathroom so don't worry about wetting the carpet.

We have converted the garage into a fully equipped Games Room. This is not full of cheap rubbish that will break with regular use or something we have put together on a shoe string budget.

There is an 8ft slate bed pool table, a full size table tennis table, a foosball table, an air hockey table and an electronic dart board. As you would expect there are also all the cues, bat's and balls you need. You will also find a full size washer and dryer and utility sink in the laundry area for keeping on top of the washing.

Leading off the entrance hall you will find two bedrooms and a shower room which can be used as a Family Suite.
At the front there is a King Bedroom (2), beautifully decorated with King Size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, alarm clock and a great sized integral wardrobe.

Master Bedroom Suite (1). This room has a fabulous King Size bed, ceiling fan, 20 inch cable TV, DVD player and two large closets, one of which is a huge walk in. The bedroom and bathroom span the whole width of the house.

Queen Bedroom (3). This delightful room has a queen bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, alarm clock and large closet.

Girls Princess Twin Bedroom (6). Every little Princess will love this room with Unicorns, Cable TV, DVD Player and closet. This room is also at the front of the house.
&th bedroom with double bed and cable TV. Upstairs living area with 30 inch cable TV, DVD player and WII. A large sofa, bean bags, kids PS2 games, DVD's, board games and toys, multi CD, cassette, radio player.

the prestigious Crescent Lakes development in Kissimmee, just minutes away from Disney and all the other Orlando area attractions. This is located just south of Highway 192, in a rural setting and is ideal for all the Disney theme parks, Orlando attractions, local restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses. Crescent lakes is set in Beautifully landscaped grounds surrounded palm trees in a tranquil location with real florida style.

There are shops and super-markets near-by, as well as many restaurants and other activities (such as the worlds largest Sky-Coaster - a 300 foot free fall on the end of a steel rope). Near-by Kissimmee Old Town is well worth a visit, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and weekend car cruises. A 15 minute drive will get you to Boggy Creek Airboat rides where you can take an exciting ride over some of Florida's marsh-lands and, again, see all sorts of wild creatures. Paragliding is also available over the lake, as well as jet-skiing and speed-boating.
