Welcome to GoofysPad, our beautiful 6 bedroom 3 bathroom 2 story villa with large 30ft X 15ft SOUTH FACING private pool and spa, overlooking the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve which is situated in the desirable and spacious Crescent Lakes.
The air conditioned villa is bright and roomy accommodating up to 12 people plus a baby or toddler in comfort with 3000 square feet of living space, including a King Master Suite, two ground floor bedrooms and shower room, a bright voluminous family room, a 2nd living area with TV, PS2 and Hi Fi and a fully stocked games room.
Ideal for single families, two families or extended family that want space and luxury.
Family Room. A large bright room, open double story to the roof with two sets of double doors leading out onto the pool area which has a child safety fence.
Sit comfortably on the beautiful leather suite and relax or watch the 50 inch PLASMA TV. Enjoy 70 channels of cable TV or a DVD from the selection provided. This is a perfect room to relax in after a day in the parks, shopping or golfing.
Leading off the family room is the nook which provides two breakfast bar stools and a table and chairs overlooking the pool, ideal at breakfast time or for a quick snack. We also have a highchair for the very young ones. Please see the Just for Kids section for more information.
A quality kitchen space will be essential for you whilst staying at a villa. The kitchen at GoofysPad is fully equipped with everything you could ever need and more. This includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee percolator and toaster. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery even some specifically for the children for use inside and outside.
At the front there is a King Bedroom (2), beautifully decorated with King Size bed, cable TV, alarm clock and a great sized integral wardrobe.
Master Bedroom Suite (1). This room has a fabulous King Size bed, ceiling fan, 21 inch digital LCD cable TV, DVD player and two large closets, one of which is a huge walk in. The bedroom and bathroom span the whole width of the house.
Queen Bedroom (3). This delightful room has a queen bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, alarm clock and large closet
Princess Twin Bedroom (6). Every little Princess will love this room with Cable TV, DVD Player, ceiling fan and closet.
We have converted the garage into a fully equipped Games Room. This is not full of cheap rubbish that will break with regular use or something we have put together on a shoe string budget.
There is an 8ft slate bed pool table, a foosball table, TV and an electronic dart board. As you would expect there are also all the cues and balls you need.
Pool and Spa
One of the most important areas of any villa is the pool. Our huge SOUTH FACING pool and deck has ample room for fun. The 8 ft spa can refresh those aching limbs after walking around and around the theme parks. The pool is 30ft X 15ft alone; some decks aren't even this big!
For those of you who like your privacy (we do) you are not at all overlooked. We have a beautiful conservation outlook that means absolutely no rear neighbours, apart from the local wildlife! On the deck we provide a table and chairs with umbrella for alfresco dining if you fancy cooking dinner on the electric BBQ provided. The pool and spa have lights for those who fancy a swim in the evening. There are plenty of comfy sun beds for relaxing whilst enjoying days around the pool.

Amenities
Pool and spa heating is available at an extra change and is recommended between November and March. Spa only heating is also available. A pool cover is provided to help maintain the temperature once heated.

We know how important it is to have happy children on holiday. We have ensured that there are many activities at GoofysPad for children of all ages, boys and girls. From the upstairs 2nd lounge to the downstairs games room there is plenty to keep the children happy.
Below is a list of the facilities offered to make yours and their stay as enjoyable as possible.
All bedrooms have their own TV's with cable and DVD players. There is a playstation 2 with games in the upstairs living area. We have a selection of DVDs and board games. Within the Crescent Lakes development there are 2 separate children's playgrounds within a 5 minute walk of the villa. If you and your children enjoy wildlife or birds then go on a nature walk around Crescent Lakes, all roads have pavements. There are lots of different birds and animals to look out for!
Everything that the 5 - 10s can use plus an awesome Games Room with 8ft pool table, foosball and electronic darts. The games room also has cable TV. There are 2 stereo's in the house with a selection of CDs to listen to, although we would suggest bringing your own CDs and PS2 games (US only). Within Crescent Lakes you will also find a Basketball Court free for use.
