Lying 1 mile off highway 192, on the grounds of the 4 star rated Remington golf course.This air conditioned just built villa comprises of private pool with table,4 chairs and sunloungers , 4 bedrooms with tv"s .(some with d.v.d) we have a cot,highchair and 3 bathrooms,(2 ensuite) familyroom, livingroom (fold-down sofa bed if required).Gamesroom, dishwasher, microwave,washingmachine and tumbledrier,and FREE international and national calls. We are approx 20 mins from Disney World, Universal Studios and other major theme parks. Other attractions which are about 15 mins or less away include Kissimmee "old town", medieval times, rodeo arenas, gatorland etc..... there is a wallmart store and adjacent shops cafes and restaurant/ bars just 5 mins away. A large shopping outlet called the Florida mall is 15 miles away., We are located under 3/4 of a mile from the shore 0f beautiful ,East lake Tohopekaliga where there is fishing, boat hire, picnic and beach areas, snack, pizza bar and nature walks.The Atlantic coast with cocoa beach and Cape Carnaveral is apprx 45 miles to the east and the Gulf coast with St Petersburg and Tampa lying 75 miles to the West... At Remington Golf Club, all pricing includes the "All U Can" practice, play and eat. The one rate includes unlimited use of the unique aqua driving range and expansive practice areas, unlimited golf on the outstanding 18-hole championship layout, and all-you-can eat in the Remington Bar and Grill.
The community offers basketball and volleyball courts for the guests enjoyment, together with soccer and baseball fields, a fitness center and a community pool. Of course, a round of golf at Remington (a "Disney Design Award" course) is always available for reasonable green fees.
