Our Villa can sleep upto 6 people +1 baby and has two double rooms and one "Disney themed High School Musical" twin room (suitable for both boys and girls). A travel cot is also available. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. It has two bathrooms (one ensuite) and all bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
It has the luxury of its own private pool with spa which is not overlooked and can be heated at an additional cost. A child safety screen has also been installed for the safety of your children. On a clear night the fireworks from Epcot can be seen from the lanai. Ceiling Fan now installed on lanai.
There is a telephone with free local calls, as well as free highspeed internet access (laptop not provided) A strict no-smoking and no pets policy is in place in the home.
As one of the four communities that makes up Formosa Gardens Estates, Oak Island Harbor is very rapidly becoming one of the most sought after areas in which to stay when vacationing in the Disney area. Being only 1.5 miles from the entrance to Disney Maingate, this ranks as one of the closest residential areas. It is located 1 mile south of US-192 (West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy) between mile marker 4 and 5, Oak Island Harbor enjoys the best of all worlds.

Rental conditions
Check-in time is after 4.00 pm on first day of rental
Check-out time is before 10.00 am on the last day of rental
Any changes to these times will be made only after permission has been given by ourselves (additional cost applicable). Without prior consent, early occupancy or late departure from the home will be subject to additional costs which will be deducted from the security deposit.
Under no circumstances will any animals be allowed into the property.
A no smoking policy is in place in the property. This must be adhered to at all time during the rental period.
Limitation of Liability
As the owners of the property we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, illness or damage sustained to any person or their property during the rental period or use of pool facilities, regardless of howsoever it may have occurred.
As owners we do not accept responsibility or liability for any failure of services in the home regardless of how it may have occurred. However, in the event of a problem, the renter should inform our local management company who will endeavour to do everything within reason to rectify the problem.
As the owners we will not be liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following:- strikes, industrial dispute, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, fire flood, technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owners or our agents control.
