This Villa boasts one of the best locations in Orlando and is the perfect Disney Vacation Villa. This is located in a beautiful new residential and rental estate called Sandy Ridge. Sandy Ridge is a new development set in a peaceful wooded conservation area. Sandy Ridge is located in Davenport which is a new area of Orlando very close to the I4 and the US 192.

The theme parks are all within a 20 minute drive with the closest being Walt Disney World, which can be reached in just over 10 minutes, the furthest being Universal Studios, a mere 20 minute drive away.

In between, you will find Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Wet n' Wild. The various shopping malls in Orlando are also within easy reach, the furthest no more than 25 minutes away.

There are numerous attractions other than the major theme parks, such as Gatorland, Wonderworks and the many dinner shows available.

For the golfer there are numerous courses within a 15 minute drive from the villa, with the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course a mere 5 minutes from the villa.
With the US 192 and International Drive in easy reach, you will be spoiled for choice when deciding what to eat

Community Information

The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.

Sandy Ridge is in a perfect location to all of the attractions, dining, distinctive shopping and nightlife yet far enough away to kick back and enjoy those relaxed evenings by your private pool. For the golf enthusiast, several PGA golf courses are a few minutes away. Sandy Ridge is also ideally placed to access the I-4 which makes for easy travel to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre. Sandy Ridge is a new community, zoned for short term rentals, and comprises single family pool homes. Sandy Ridge is a lovely community located in Davenport and is ideally situated overlooking wooded reserves, beautiful landscape, and stunning views.
