Sandy Ridge is perfectly positioned to help you maximise your enjoyment of the attractions. We are near to all the theme parks, being only 10 minutes from Disney's' Maingate and 25 minutes from Universal Studios, yet far enough away to enjoy the conservation area surrounding the community.
There are 2 double bedrooms, both complete with TV's which have Cable TV and DVD players and en-suites.
The twin room has 2 twin beds, again this room comes complete with a Spongebob TV with built-in DVD player and Cable TV.
Both the double rooms have en-suite facilities, with a double walk-in shower in both.
The third family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
This villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer along with all other essential equipment required for a cosy night in should you wish.
There is a separate utility area which hosts the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The main living area has a TV with cable, a DVD with a small selection of DVDs and there is a music system available should you wish to listen to some radio or. The large 3 seater sofa also converts to a bed should you require.
There is a separate dining area with a formal dining table. This home also has a games room, complete with pool table, electronic basketball 'shooting hoops' game and an electronic dart board.
This villa is ideally situated with Disney World only a 10 minute drive away. As well as the Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios, International Drive Outlet Malls and Eating Out are easily accessible.
The Champions Gate Golf Resort complex hosts a large supermarket, restaurants, hair salon and other useful shops and is only a few minutes drive from Sandy Ridge.
Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes away - Sanford Airport just 50 minutes.
Located just off I4 (exit 58) turn left and follow the CR 532 - the Sandy Ridge community if on the right hand side, just past Reunion.
