For the ideal base, our spacious home is set in the peaceful community of Bridgewater Crossing, only 4 miles from Disney, 5 minutes from Champions Gate and Reunion golf resorts and with easy access to all attractions and both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. A management company that is local on Bridgewater to give you that added extra piece of mind and security and of course we don’t forget our Christmas and New Year guests, we decorate the villa with festive decorations.

Welcome to Sunnyside Villa. Our beautiful home has been tastefully furnished to offer a vacation home from home, and we won’t comprise on quality and service for budget rates. You can relax and wind-down after a hectic day at the theme parks or soak up the sunshine by your own private pool. Both old or young will enjoy a cooling dip in the sparkling waters of our pool, which catches the sun’s rays all day long, whichever season it happens to be, yet we still have a covered area for those that want some shade so we have the best of both worlds. As day turns into evening you can take it easy on the pool deck, light the BBQ, listen to the sound of the crickets or the bullfrogs that live in the tranquil lake or watch the most spectacular sunsets that we so often have. Switch on the underwater pool lighting and just “chill-out”.

For that peaceful retreat at the end of a hectic day you can snuggle down in the larger than average master suite and enjoy sweet dreams in a comfortable and luxurious queen size bed which also has an extra mattress pad for that extra softness. Not tired yet? Watch the flat screen 26” cable TV until your eyelids start to droop. Spacious large walk-in closet for all the bargains you will find if you get the chance to indulge in a little ‘retail therapy’. I love Macys and you can get discounts if you show your British Passport (what an added bonus). A small safe to store your valuables, plus an en-suite with bath and shower. Patio doors leading to the pool deck to drink your morning cup of coffee, take that early morning plunge or watch the earning morning joggers. We are not on any main road, in fact the villa is in a cul de sac, so nights are very peaceful indeed.
Our double has a double bed and cable TV with ample closet space, and with an extra bonus an en-suite bathroom. There is no queuing for the bathroom in our villa in the mornings. The en-suite has large walk in shower and also direct access to the pool. This is ideal in the fall or winter months as you can put the hot shower on and the kids can jump out of the pool into the shower, if they’re feeling cold.
Our third bedroom, has twin beds with cable TV with Gamecube and has ample closet space, the room is decorated with many Disney favourites . We have Spongebob or plain bedding so it suits all ages. We want you all, young or old to feel at home.
Our modern Lounge where you can indulge in a spot of LCD HDTV with home cinema surround sound and watch many of the DVDs that are provided for our guests. There is an Ipod docking station for those of you who just “love your Ipod”.
You can eat in the dining area which is handsomely furnished to seat six with views through the sliding patio doors of the pool and across the tranquil lake and those fantastic sunsets. The patio doors are fitted with an audible child safety alarm for the young ones’ security.
Whether you want to roast your thanksgiving turkey, or just serve up a take-away, our large Kitchen area should have everything you need, including a full size cooker, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender and kettle. We have a small dining table and chairs for breakfast dining. We provide ample cutlery, flatware, crockery, glassware, pasta dishes, stainless steel pans (it isn’t very nice if you want to cook and the saucepans are pool quality) so we only give you the best.
For our guests’ convenience, all linens and towels are provided (including pool towels). Our towels and linens are of the fluffiest and highest quality, we don’t want our guests using cheap towels and not only that we have the bath sheet size, don’t you just hate those skimpy sized towels. For our younger guests, we also have a portable cot (travel type), stroller (pushchair) and highchair.
In case you need to travel light and want to freshen your clothes, we have a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board so you don’t have to go home with a case full of dirty washing.
We also have a selection of books, card and board games. Lots of local and maps to help you on your way to the Kennedy Space Centre or a trip to the beach.
Please note, smoking is not permitted within the villa. No pets or wildlife allowed.
