ENJOY A MARGUERITA BY THE POOL AFTER FUN AT THE THEME PARKS, SHOP 'TIL YOU DROP AT THE MANY MALLS AND FASHION OUTLETS, OR JUST EAT OUT, RELAX AND ENJOY THE SUN.

The Sanctuary is a quiet, gated community with distinctive block paved sidewalks and driveways and attractive, ornate street lighting and mailboxes, which are small but pleasant touches to the surroundings. It is ideally situated just a short drive to Disney and around 5 minutes from the (spectacular) Champions Gate golf course, Publix supermarket, other shops and restaurants. The well known highway 192 is also close by with many restaurants, such as The Outback and Red Lobster plus further shops. The Interstate 4, also just 5 minutes drive, will take you to Disney and on to nearby Orlando, Universal Studios theme park, Sea World and International Drive, not to mention the fabulous shopping malls and many other excellent restaurants. The Sanctuary is also well placed for the major airports and visits to Kennedy Space Centre (about 1 hour) and the Gulf Coast (about 90 minutes).
The villa is tastefully furnished and Fully air conditioned, with a private pool overlooking an extended lawn area The pool can be heated, whenever required (recommended from October through April), and there is an outside dining area, with table and chairs and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

WOW!! FANTASTIC!! SUPERB!! Just some of the comments that describe this superb master bedroom with ceiling fan TV and DVD player. Wake up in the morning in this King sized bed with the sun streaming through the patio doors which lead onto your very own balcony. Heaven!!
Th ensuite boasts a tub, his n her sinks, and a shower that you can get lost in. His n her Closets with more space than you will ever need. Hairdryers,curling tongs are in all bedrooms.

1 Queen and 1 Twin separated by a bathroom with shower and bath. Both Bedrooms have great closet space, ceiling fans, Tvs and DVDs!!!!

Very nice, clean, modern home with pool area.
Plus: Lots of space including fairly large master suite, games room (darts, foozeball, air hockey, basketball, ping pong, billiards), large, well appointed kitchen with bar,nook area and pantry), tv/dvd/cd player in master and two other bedrooms, free long distance, large capacity washer/dryer, two piece bathroom in lanai area also an outdoor shower, numerous tv stations,very comfortable mattresses throughout, fan in master, family room and outside in lanai, pool light in pool for after dark swimming, pool and lawn maintenance regularly done, grocery store and expensive golf course fairly close to property.
Minus: One bedroom has no TV, no dvd player in family room, only one telephone in home (land line on mainfloor), 3 pots but no frypans, jacuzzi tub but without jets, no much hot water for showers or bath, home backs onto fairly busy, sometimes noisy highway and brick wall has been recently smashed into leaving large walk through area, and not no yet been repaired, 10 minutes to Disney if you are a bird, more realistically 25 minutes, pool area gets some sun but only in small areas for sunbathing.

WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY,ESPECIALLY IF NOT PARTICULARLY WANTING TO DO PARKS DAILY. WILL COMFORTABLY SLEEP EIGHT.

The Sanctury is only 5 minute's drive from Interstate 4. It is a security, gated lakeside community situated within the larger complex of Westhaven surrounded by conservation and wild life area. The surrounding wetlands are home to many different birds, including ospreys, cranes, great egrets and white ibis. Located just off the I4 at junction 58 next to Championsgate with its two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf academy, with a Publix supermarket, McDonalds, Subway. Walgreens pharmacy, gas station and ATM, Italian restaurant and pizzeria and a Chinese take away. Disney is 10 minutes drive away with Universal being a 25 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away with Sanford Airport, about 1 hours drive Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre on the East Coast and Springwater Beach and Tampa on the West Coast, both reachable within about an 1 hours drive.
