The villa is within 15 minutes of Disney and the 192 with all it has to offer. Our home is located near the US27 so access to all Florida has to offer including Seaworld, Universal studios, Old Town are all within easy reach.Also there are 3 championship golf coarses within reach if golf is your game. Alternatly an hours drive would take you out to the space coast and The Kennerdy Centre or to Tampa and Busch Gardens.

LIVING AREA
There is a large family seating area with upgraded furniture including recliner settee, and chairs a 42" Flat screen TV, DVD player, Sony ipod Dock, Sony Play Station.

DINING
There is a formal dining table for family meals & an informal breakfast nook. Otherwise you could always eat by the pool under the shade of the lanai with its cooling ceiling fan.

KITCHEN
Every modern appliance is provided here and includes Cooker, Microwave, Fridge (with ice maker) dishwasher, toaster, etc etc.

UTILITY ROOM
Here you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and steam iron all tucked out of sight.

BEDROOMS
The villa has 4 bedrooms..1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins. The king and queen have separate en-suite bathrooms and the 2 twin rooms share the 3rd Bathroom. All have colour TV’s and plenty of storage room. The twin rooms are suitable for adults or children.

GAMES ROOM
The Games Room has been professionally installed and includes Pool Table, Air Hockey, Fusse ball, Electronic Darts Board, Table and stools etc.

POOL DECK
The large Pool is complemented by a bubbling spa/Jacuzzi and has upgraded table, chairs and sun loungers..pool heating is available if required.

Tuscan Hills is a gated community around 15 mins from Disney.The community further offers a 2700 sq ft clubhouse which offers a fitness room, childs play room, lounge and covered lanai all with a view of the tennis court and palm garden.
Walmart/publix supermarkets and the Bank are all less than 5 minutes away..

Tuscan Hills is a brand new development near Kissimmee that combines the timeless style and atmosphere of classic Floridian homes with the ease and sophistication of modern American living. This gated community has a large number of rental properties and would suit anyone that likes a relaxed pace of life, but with many facilities on-site, there’s everything for the more active person as well. Not only that but each property is slightly different, both inside and out, so there isn’t the generic sameness that hotels supply their guests with.
