Westbury is a small peaceful community situated amongst orange groves, this luxury home sleeps up to 10 people with ease with own nice sized pool, extended pool deck, southwest facing for maximum sunshine and with no rear facing neighbours for added privacy.Situated off Highway 27 approximately 15 minutes from Disney and other major attractions. Championship golf courses also nearby along with local shops, restaurants and a 24hr Walmart store also within easy reach. This villa also provides a fully equipped kitchenwith dishwaher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, luxuriously furnished throughout with free Internet service and local telephone calls. Lounge area with cable TV, DVD and CD player. 2 Master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and TV's and 2 twin bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom, all bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. Baby equipment available including cot, highchair and a stroller. This home is strictly non smoking for the comfort of all our guests although smoking is allowed outside on the pool deck area, sorry but no pets are allowed.

The small, executive development of Westbury is located in Davenport, 1½ miles from the junction of Hwy 27 and Interstate 4 (Junction 55). The idyllic community is set amongst beautiful palm trees and orange groves, making this the ideal place to kick back and relax after a busy day visiting the major attractions in the area, which are only a short drive away. Just outside the community are the nearest restaurants, shops, supermarkets including a Publix and Wal-Mart, a bank and a gas station.
