This four bedroom, three and bathrooms single storey Mediterranean style villa. It is located on a peaceful secure development and superbly furnished to an exceptionally high standard, comfortably accommodating 8 people.
The private pool is secluded lush hedges with the added bonus of a spa/jacuzzi and covered lanai.
This villa consists of a lounge with 42 inch flat screen cable TV and DVD player with access to the pool; a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, full-size fridge freezer, large oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher; dining area; master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV with patio doors onto the pool area; a laundry room; a spacious garage which is accessible from within the house and where the fully equipped games room is situated. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
The living area has large patio doors to the pool area. The outside deck has a cover for those who need some shade from the hot Florida sunshine, and a large pool and spa jacuzzi for you to enjoy relaxing with a pool-side drink. The whole area is covered by a screen which keeps out any insects but lets the sunshine through, so don’t worry about it affecting your tan! Once the sun has gone down, enjoy the warm evenings outside and turn the pool lights on, if you wish, for a late swim. Pool heating is available at additional cost.
There are three more bedrooms, one double and two twins. The double has an en-suite bathroom suite, plus there is another separate full bathroom. Throughout the house, all the bedrooms have fitted cupboards TVs and maintain the high standard furnishings.
There is a club house and tennis and volleyball court on the development. It is the perfect location to base the holiday of a lifetime with visits to all the Walt Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens and a host of water parks. Close by are several championship golf courses including Disney’s own courses, plenty of attractions outside of Disney, many shopping opportunities plus shows to visit in the evening.

Tuscan Hills is a brand new development near Kissimmee that combines the timeless style and atmosphere of classic Floridian homes with the ease and sophistication of modern American living. This gated community has a large number of rental properties and would suit anyone that likes a relaxed pace of life, but with many facilities on-site, there’s everything for the more active person as well. Not only that but each property is slightly different, both inside and out, so there isn’t the generic sameness that hotels supply their guests with. From the clubhouse and restaurant that welcome you as you drive in to the palm tree-lined roads surrounding the properties, everything about Tuscan Hills is above expectations; right down to the brick-paved driveways connecting each villa to the road as they are unarguably more visually pleasing than the poured concrete versions that are often seen in communities of lesser quality.

Not only that but all the major attractions that draw so many people to Orlando, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World etc, are within a few minutes drive of Tuscan Hills due to its excellent location. This same location means that from Orlando Sanford airport it’s around an hours drive to the resort with no remote or hard to find roads; just freeway all the way.
