The formal lounge area has one 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a chair where it is possible to relax and chill out in quiet surroundings.
DINING ROOM
Located off the formal lounge contains a beautiful table and 6 luxurious chairs.
KITCHEN
Our fully equipped modern kitchen includes everything you need during your holiday such as a self cleaning oven, fridge/freezer with built in ice and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle etc.
NOOK
This is located off the kitchen and contains an informal dining area with table and 4 chairs. We also provide a highchair/booster seat for small children.
FAMILY ROOM
This is located next to the kitchen and has large sliding doors overlooking the pool with a beautiful high ceiling. This is a large sitting area with sumptuous sofas and chair. It includes a 47" LCD TV, Multi Region DVD player, Cable TV and a selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. We also have included a PlayStation 3 with Guitar Hero and a selection of games.
UTILITY ROOM
This is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner,broom,mop etc.
WC
This is located off the family room with WC and basin.
GAMES ROOM/GYM
Located inside the garage it includes a pool table, Foosball, darts, 32" LCD TV, gym and fitness equipment, stools and a ceiling fan. We have also provided 3 children's bikes and football goal posts.
MASTER BEDROOM 1
A beautifully decorated room overlooking the pool which includes a US king size bed, 37" LCD TV with cable TV, Multi region DVD player, Clock Radio and a large walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk in shower, double basin, large vanity unit, large corner bath and separate toilet area. We have also provided a hairdryer and hair straighteners.
MASTER BEDROOM 2
This bedroom has a US king-size bed with en-suite facilities and a walk-in wardrobe. It has a 26" LCD TV with DVD and Cable TV and a clock radio. The bathroom has a vanity unit,bath and shower, WC and hairdryer.
MASTER BEDROOM 3
This bedroom has a US king-size bed with en-suite facilities and a walk-in wardrobe. It has a 26" LCD TV with cable TV and a clock radio. The bathroom has a vanity unit, bath and shower, WC and hairdryer.
BEDROOM 4
This twin bedroom has a Disney Princess theme - everything pink!! This bedroom has a 14" TV/DVD combo and a large built in wardrobe.

BATHROOM
This services bedroom 4+5 with vanity unit, bath, shower, WC and hairdryer.
FAMILY LOFT
This is a huge area which boasts a 50" Plasma TV with Cable TV, DVD player and a Sony Home Theater System plus an I pod Docking Station. There is a luxurious corner sofa perfectly situated to play on the Nintendo Wii. We have also provided a selection of games for your enjoyment. In the loft area we also have a work station desk and chair with a laptop and wireless internet access. Also we have an Air Hockey Table for you to enjoy.

We spent 17 nights in this beautiful villa at Watersong. Villa was exactly as O4V described, but the pictures do not really do it justice. You have to be there to appreciate the size and facilities. The pool area is amazing - a huge pool that backs on to conservation land; tall trees and a lake! You can sit by the pool in the sunshine as the florida cranes pass by and eagles soar above you. The only sound you can hear is the rustling trees. It is utter bliss!
I cannot recommend this villa and Watersong enough. It IS further from the parks than other resorts - However the beautiful and tranquil environment make up for a fantastic holiday. Every villa seems to have a beautiful view rather than the back of someone else's pool. We are hooked on Watersong and already looking to return next year!
We would not hesitate to use O4V again. The management company also visited on the second day to collect the paperwork, instead of us having to drive to them - much appreciated after a long and tiring journey from the UK.
Many thanks to O4V and the owners for providing a wonderful villa in an amazing setting!

My family and I stayed at the Watersong Subdivision villa JE1416 and I have to admitt that it was everything that I expected. The home was beautiful and spacious. All of the rooms looked exactly like the pictures. This was the first time that my family and I rented a villa and from this experience, I will stay at the Watersong Subdivision if ever I return back to Orlando. The location of the home as not too far from the parks. I highly recommend the Watersong Subdivision and the JE1416 home in the subdivision.
