Well, if so, then our villa is what you want!!!

Our lovely, spacious holiday home is located in the beautiful gated community of Reserve at Town Center, Davenport, near Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida.

The Villa:

The villa has a stylish open plan layout with vaulted ceilings, which creates a wonderful feeling of space. The 1768 square feet of living space is fully air conditioned (or heated if you prefer).

Due to the size of the villa, we can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, plus a further 2 on a sleeper sofa, if required.

The amazing south facing pool and sun deck provide plenty of space for you and your family or guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine that Florida is so famous for. Patio furniture is also supplied for your convenience; this includes sun-loungers to help you to top up that tan!!!

A new feature for this year is the availability of wireless broadband which is free throughout the villa, so you can still check your e-mails if you need to!!!

Reserve at Town Center is an exclusive and beautiful, gated community of only 94 homes, each with its own private pool situated 5 minutes east of Exit 58 off Interstate I-4, just south of the junction of County Road 54 and Old Lake Wilson Road in Davenport, Orlando.

This wonderful community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot and is ideally situated, only minutes from Orlando's many varied attractions.

The entrance to Walt Disney World with it's many parks, is just a 10 minute drive away while the fantastic Sea World is just 15 minutes drive away. If you want to get away for a meal and some shopping then Highway 192 with its vast array of stores and restaurants is just 6 minutes drive, straight up the Old Lake Wilson Road.

If you or anyone in your party are golfers, then the new ChampionsGate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses and ChampionsGate Village, a retail centre with a large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants is just 3 minutes drive from the community and well worth a visit.

Whatever your reason to holiday in the Sunshine State, be it theme parks, relaxing by your own pool, visiting Cape Canaveral or the NASCAR Speedway, shopping 'til you drop or golfing, our villa is the ideal location.
