The Villa
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with four bedrooms, two of which have their own en-suite and two twin rooms with a third bathroom located in-between. All bedrooms have their own satellite TV and 100% Egyptian cotton linens.
All local and long distance calls are included as is Wi-Fi internet access throughout your stay.
There is no need to worry about finding your way around Florida, as we supply a Satellite Navigation system for your use during your stay and to make it easier again we have installed all of the major attractions, shops, and restaurants into the memory.
If you just fancy a day at home to enjoy the Floridian Sunshine, you can relax by the Private screened pool, a swim, or for the more energetic you can challenge one of your family to a game of Pool, Air Hockey or Darts in the Games room, the choice is yours.
Our home has a south west facing pool.

The Westbury Communite is a quiet vacation home development bordered by orange groves. The community offers beautiful vacation homes with private swimming pool within less than 9 miles from Disney.
Located off Highway 27, 2 miles south of exit 55, Westbury is only 2 minutes away from the new Posner Center, which offers a Target Store, Books a Million, Best Buy and much more. You can find a variety of local restaurants and gas stations nearby. you are only 2 to 3 minutes from junction 55 of interstate 4 on the Highway 27 south of Disney, Families staying at the Westbury vacation home community can enjoy a relaxing Disney vacation, with easy access to Central Florida major attractions and theme parks.

The small, executive development of Westbury is located in Davenport, 1½ miles from the junction of Hwy 27 and Interstate 4 (Junction 55). The idyllic community is set amongst beautiful palm trees and orange groves, making this the ideal place to kick back and relax after a busy day visiting the major attractions in the area, which are only a short drive away. Just outside the community are the nearest restaurants, shops, supermarkets including a Publix and Wal-Mart, a bank and a gas station. For a wider selection of restaurants, popular takeaway chains and retail outlets simply take a 20 minute drive to Hwy 192. The 192 also has over 25 fun attractions including the Medieval Times dinner show, Airboat rides, Horse riding, Naskart Go Karts and Kissimmee Old Town which is a great night out for all the family!
