THE VILLA

Our executive air conditioned villa can sleep up to 8 people in comfort. Great care has been taken in choosing the furniture package and together with the high cathedral style ceiling this has created an air of spaciousness for comfort/relaxation. The west facing pool benefits from unbroken sunshine from mid morning onwards, allowing for that all important alfresco dining in the evening whilst watching the sunset.

GREAT ROOM

This large open plan room with it's vaulted ceiling gives you a feeling of spaciousness. Entertainment comprises of a 42" Plasma TV. The seating area consists of two 3 seater sofa, which overlook the pool area. A ceiling fan adds to the Floridian feel of the room. The patio door which leads directlt to the pool area is fitted with an alarm for added child safety.

DINING ROOM

The elegant dining room with it's decorative chandelier will comfortable seat up tp 6 adults. Ideal for both formal and informal dining.

KITCHEN

This modern fully fitted open plan kitchen comes equipped with all the latest appliances and utensils for all your everyday needs. Situated within the kitchen is a cosy breakfast nook which can seat up tp 4 adults, there is also a breakfast bar.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, dressing table with mirrors and bedside cabinet & lamps. Further features include plasma TV, radio and a ceiling fan with a large walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom comprises of a mirrored vanity unit with twin sinks, toilet and a walk in shower with seating option for those who have difficulty in standing.

QUEEN BEDROOM

The second master bedroom comes witha queen size bed, en-suite bathroom comprising of a walk in shower with seating option, toilet and sink. Fittings include plasma TV, dressing table, bedside cabinet and lamps, ceiling fan and closet.

BEDROOM 3

This bedroom comes complete with two single beds, bedside table with drawers, ceiling fan, plasma TV and enclosed closet

This bedroom is designed for younger members of the family, comprising of two single beds bed, bedside cabinet and closet

Please Note: Bedrooms 3-4 share a bathroom comprising of a bath with shower, toilet and sink. Access can be gained to the pool deck from this bathroom through a secured and alarmed door ensures child safety.

BEDROOM 5 / DEN

Located at the front of the villa off the entrance hall this room can be used as a den ideal for those who want to take an hour to gather there thoughts and plan the next days adventure or as a 5th bedroom, comprising of a pull out sofa bed, high speed wireless internet. Entertainment is provided courtesy of a TV, Wii console with games and playstation 2 with games.

POOL AREA

Why not spend your leisure time lounging on our extended pool deck complete with patio furniture and sun loungers, or spend hours in the large heated pool with underwater lighting ideal for those midnight dips. Soothe those aching joints and feet in your own spa. When you've had enough of the Floridian sun take shelter under the lanai with the added benefit of a ceiling fan.
TO PROTECT YOUR LITTLE ONES FROM ENTERING THE POOL UNSUPERVISED THERE IS A SAFETY NET FITTED IN THE POOL DECK.

GAMES ROOM

The games room is located in the garage. This area has been designed for all you big kids to let your hair down over a game of pool, air hockey or foosball. For the additional comfort of our guests we have installed several fans,

LAUNDRY ROOM

A small room located in the main hall leading to the garage in here you will find a high chair / cot and stroller for your use. Ironing and cleanng equipment can be found in this room.

NEAR-BY FACILITIES.
Located within a three minute drive you will find a 24hr Pharmacy, pizza hut, china king, dunkin donut and a new publix hypermarket. A further three miles on you enter into the beautiful Championsgate district with its impressive welcoming arches and palm trees lining the boulevard. Within this area you will find a selection of restaurants and eateries including Chinese, Italian and Chilli's a vibrant Mexican restaurant. There are also a number of convenience stores, a bank with 24hr cash machine and two fuel stations. For all golf enthuisiasts there are two world renowned courses, the 36 hole Championsgate course situated in the beautiful Omni Resort and designed by Greg Norman, next door is the equally renowned Reunion Resort.

Community Information

The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.
