Welcome to Our Villa Oasis!
Villa Oasis is situated on a commanding corner plot, with parking outside available for two cars.

Inside our two-storey villa is modern and tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished to the highest standard. This IS an Execuitve villa after all!! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We have a South-facing pool and jacuzzi for your enjoyment, which can be heated during the cooler months for a small additional charge. It also has privacy screening. This property is in a gated community. There is a Games room and full internet access.

Villa Oasis is ideally located to all parks and golf courses, including the Championsgate complex designed by Greg Norman. Many shops, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
This villa home is located at Highgate Park, inside Legacy Park, Davenport off Highway US27, approximately 1 mile south of its intersection with US192. It is one of the closer residential communities to Walt Disney World theme parks. You can be there in 20 minutes! All other major theme parks are easily accessible. Highgate recreational park is on site, inclusive of tennis court and childs play area.

LIVING ROOM 1
As you enter Villa Oasis through the front door, you will find our beautiful spacious lounge/dining area, which has two big, luxurious sofas, two side lamp tables and a coffee table. At the far end of the room is a dining table, big enough to seat 6 people.

LIVING ROOM 2
Our open plan second living room has two sofa settees, and one chair where you can sit overlooking the pool outside. There is a coffee table with remote television and DVD player. A selection of DVD's and childrens toys are available for your enjoyment - just in case of those rainy days!!

KITCHEN
The kitchen area overlooks the second living room, and is fully equipped with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. There is a breakfast bar with three stools as well as a dining table for four. A childs highchair is available for your little ones.

QUEEN BEDROOM
Newly furbished in December 2008 with beautful new bedlinen, this Queen bedroom has a spacious closet with an en-suite bathroom and shower, WC and basin. There is a door leading to the pool area.

GAMES ROOM
Consisting of a Pool Table, Fuzzball and Electric Air Hockey. There is a Ceiling fan to keep you cool and a table and chairs for when you need a rest! This is a room where you can let your children roam free - or maybe even have a go yourself!

FIRST FLOOR

Our sweeping staircase leads to our spacious large landing with Laundry room through one door and a Linen closet through another. The other three doors leads to our upstairs bedrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM
Through the double doors you will find our outstanding Master Bedroom, where you cannot fail to be impressed! Beautiful bedlinen on a King-sized bed. Large walk in closet, 68 inch television that you can view in comfort on a sofa where you can sit and watch in peace! There is a sleeping/playcot available for your little one. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers wash basins and a powerful enclosed walk-in shower. There is a corner bath if you fancy a soak instead! A seperate WC is in another room next to the bathroom.

BEDROOM 3
Twin beds with walk-in spacious closet, this room leads to adjoining bathroom with wash basin and shower which it shares with bedroom four.

OUSTIDE SOUTH-FACING POOL AREA
Our private enclosed pool and jacuzzi benefit from all day sunshine! There are removable child safety fences for guests with children. The pool area itself has an extended sundeck with patio table, 8 Chairs and 2 Loungers, where you can enjoy a cold drink or cocktail around the pool. There are pool side shower facilities.
We have just added privacy screening to the lower screening area around the pool.
If you wish to use a Jacuzzi in the summer months, pool heat will need to be on and this will necessitate an extra charge.

Our Villa Oasis has Wireless & LAN internet access free of charge.
