THE VILLA
Magic Villa is a luxurious 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom pool home able to sleep up to 14. If you are looking for something a bit special, this is a fantastic place to enjoy your Orlando holiday.
The Villa has been fully refurbished in December 2008 including a remodelled kitchen and new appliances.

FAMILY ROOM
A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling, wrap around sofa and French doors to the pool and deck. The family room is open plan to the kitchen, nook and dining room. It’s the ideal area to relax and watch our large screen TV with DVD player and cable TV. The sound system comes complete with an IPod docking station so you can listen to your favourite albums and playlists.

KITCHEN
Our newly equipped kitchen contains everything you will need to prepare great meals including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with built in ice-maker, and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware you are likely to need.

NOOK
Over-looking the pool through the second set of French doors, is an informal dining area with a circular table and 6 chairs. The French doors lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

DINING ROOM
Located next to the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for 8 people.

LIVING ROOM
This area, adjacent to the Dining Room provides a peaceful place to unwind. Two comfortable sofas and pleasant décor make this a quiet haven. One of the sofas is also a queen sized bed giving you more flexibility during your stay if required.

MASTER BEDROOM
A fabulous first floor room containing a huge king size bed and its own private entrance to the pool and covered lanai. The room has its own TV, large walk in closet and fantastic en-suite bathroom with “his and hers” basins, garden tub and wonderful walk-in shower.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and storage shelves.

GAMESROOM
There is always something to do in Magic Villa especially in the great games room in the garage area. Including a pool table, foosball, ping-pong, darts and card games you should always find something to amuse yourself and younger guests!

POOL & SPA
The huge covered lanai offers some welcome shade with ceiling fans and plenty of loungers, before leading you to the West facing, covered and extended pool deck. Here you can relax and enjoy a cool drink by the pool. Refresh yourself after a long day at the park in our heated Jacuzzi spa. There is also a BBQ for “alfresco” dining.

MASTER BEDROOM 2
Another beautifully decorated king suite with TV and ceiling fan. It has a closet and private en-suite so no waiting in line for the bathroom in the mornings!

QUEEN BEDROOMS 1 & 2
Two newly furnished, beautifully appointed queen sized rooms, each with closet and private en-suite (no lines here either in the morning!) also have their own TVs and provide the perfect sanctuary after a long day on the golf course or in the parks.

CHILDREN’S BEDROOMS 1 & 2
Two great twin rooms in either a “Spiderman” or “Tinkerbell” theme will be a real hit with younger guests. They share a convenient bathroom between them.
All towels and linens are supplied.

You will find that Emerald Island Resort provides a grand and picturesque backdrop for your stay. Surrounded by lush vegetation with its own nature walk contained in an 11 acre woodland.
