The villa has every modern convenience including TV’s in all bedrooms DVD, CD / Radio, Play Station 2, High Speed Wireless access through you own Laptop, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Large Microwave, Large Range and Oven, Fridge Freezer, Ice Maker, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and of course Air Conditioning The villa has a fully monitored Alarm System with direct access to Fire Police and Ambulance Services.

The Kitchen is stocked with all equipment / utensils necessary to cook any type of meal. There is also a large BBQ / Grill.

There is a fully equipped Games Room with full size Pool Table, Table Football and electronic Darts as well as loads of board games. There are 2 sets of golf clubs for your use.

The villa boasts a large Lounge / Dinning room for more formal dinning and also a Family room with TV and Play Station 2. Various games DVDs and videos are provided for your use. The Patio doors which lead to the pool deck and also the pool bathroom door are alarmed for your children’s safety.

The Master Bed room is En-suite which includes large corner bath with separate walk in Shower and walk in Wardrobe. This room has TV, DVD and Video.

The second Master Bedroom also has En-suite and has TV and a large wardrobe / Closet.
The two twin Bedrooms have TV’s and large Wardrobes and share a Bathroom which has direct access to the Pool deck.

All Towels and Linen are provided and there is free use of Cot / Crib, High Chair and Push Chair / Stroller.

All Community facilities are provided which include Large Swimming Pool, Fully equipped Gym, Club House and Reading Room.

A Telephone is provided and all calls are free.

The Villa is managed by an excellent local couple who are on cal 24 /7 but only for emergencies.

Westridge is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic). The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.

The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses. Westridge is the perfect place for golf fanatics on holiday with non-golf fans, as although Westridge, Florida is a golfing community, it is ideally situated to explore the numerous world famous attractions of Florida. Surrounding Westridge are over 20 golf courses to choose from, all offering luxury facilities and excellent club houses where you can recuperate after a testing round, or relax if you have dropped a few shots on your way round!
