Our 3,000 sq ft 6 bed, 3 bath, fully air-conditioned 5* pool home has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests & is perfect for family groups. In addition to the fully functional air-conditioning system all of the main guests bedrooms come with top of the range ceiling fans for your extra comfort.
You will find on the ground floor the first of the 6 luxury bedrooms, a large fitted kitchen stocked with every convenience complimented by a well sized nook area overlooking the pool & deck area. Also on the ground floor you will find the main family lounge, our formal dinning area, the second family lounge area, a fully equipped games room, and of course the first of our 3 luxury bathrooms.
Having been upgraded for Oct 2008 no expense has been spared when it comes to decor and furnishings. All rooms have been luxuriously furnished by the owner to the highest of standards with the bedroom furnishings being selected in the most impressive of fashions when it comes to storage space combined with top of the range quality, design, and appearance.

Br> Family Room
The family room has a warm, bright, and airy atmosphere created by the elegant decor and luxury furnishings. This room houses the main entertainment area coming complete with cable TV, a state of the art 60" projector style TV, DVD, VCR, wireless high speed internet access, board games for the family, & a comfortable cream leather corner suite with reclining capability for your added comfort. Our family room also overlooks the deck and pool area.
Lounge
Tastefully decorated with an excellent array of quality furnsihings this room comes complete with comfortable seating for the family complimented by a 40" LCD TV, top of the range surround sound system with I-pod compatibility, play station games console, x-box games console, DVD player, & cable TV. Remember to bring your favoroute console games to maximise your experience in this state of teh art room!
Kitchen
With the kitchen being one of the main areas of any home the owner has spared no expense when it comes to quality appliances and a vast array of amenities for your comfort and use. This large fully fitted kitchen comes complete with microwave grill, dishwasher, cooker, well sized fridge freezer, 4 slice toaster, kettle, electric can opener, coffee machine and many, many more amenities for your use and convenience. To the extreme for the kids the owner has added Disney themed crockery and drinking facilities!
Dining Room
In the formal dining area you will find beautiful and extremely comfortable furniture laid out in a setting befitting of 6* proportions! This is absolutely a magnificent setting and provides guests with the perfect place to have that special breakfast, lunch, dinner, or formal evening celebration.
Master Bedroom 1
On the first floor you will find the master suite overlooking the pool and deck area coming complete with luxury furnishings, TV, DVD, Cable TV, alarm radio clock, telephone, & a music centre complete with I-pod doc. For your added comfort as with any signature room you will also benefit from our ceiling fan system, designer bedding, and a huge walk in closet.
The en-suite bathroom is extremely well sized and offers a full sized oval tub that will easily seat 2, huge 2 person shower area, separate wc, his and her basins and vanity area, hair dryer, and hair straighteners.
Bedroom 2
Queen size bed with a double pillow top mattress, luxuriously furnished with no expense spared and complimented with designer bedding set. There is a large walk in closet and the room overlooks the pool and deck area. Main facilities include a TV with built in DVD, cable TV, & an alarm clock radio.
Bedroom 3
Again on the first floor this room is decorated and furnished to the highest standards. No expense has been spared in this villa when it comes to decor, furnishings, and items of comfort and this room epitomises these standards. Coming complete with a large walk in closet, designer bedding, TV / DVD, Cable TV, & alarm clock radio in this room you will not fail to have an unforgettable nights sleep. Bedroom 4
Double sized bedroom overlooking the impressive pool & deck area furnished again to the highest standards and decorated tastefully with relaxation, comfort, and luxury in mind. This room comes complete with a luxury double sized bed, designer bedding, TV, DVD, Cable TV, & Alarm clock and radio.
This room also benefits from a well apportioned closet and is conveniently located beside the downstairs luxury bathroom.
The first of 2 Child, Disney Themed Bedrooms. This room is the 'PRINCESS ROOM' Very impressive! Designed magnificently by the owner to bring a Childs dreams to life! The walls are painted in pink and themed Disney Princess style!
If the princess room wasnt enough the boys room is easily an equal match! Themed along the Disney Cars line this room is magical and will have the boys running to get there at night! Never before or again will you see the boys so desperate to go to bed!
Games Room
The perfect place for the young at heart!! Our beautifully decorated games room comes complete with adult & child basketball games, full sized pool.
