This beautiful furnished living/ dinning area is open plan designed with has high Ceilings with fans to cool you down on the hottest of days .Tiled floors throughout , help keep this lounge cool most of the day. Sofas are placed around the cable TV for you to relax on after a hard day at the parks.

There is a large flat screen TV and a DVD and Xbox with games and Cable which has 300 channels to choose from .
A Portable CD player can also be found here for you to use freely.
Computer and Free Internet
We also have free Wi-Fi Internet so you can bring your Laptop with you or use our Computer which is in the villa.
Patio doors from this room lead to the pool area, all doors to the pool are alarmed and have safety security bars in place, so young children cannot enter the pool area this Includes the en-suite door and bedroom patio doors without your knowing , it is law that these alarms must be on at all times .

Free Wifi Internet
We offer you free wifi broadband Internet and a computer free to use during your Stay at our Florida
There is also free wifi Internet at the club house

Dining area, The dinning area has a formal table with seating for six.

The kitchen,
Which overlooks the lounge area; this has a breakfast bar with two bar stools. So you will not miss any of your holiday chats.
With a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge /freezer with automatic ice-maker dishwasher and double sink with waste disposal everything is provided to cater for 8 people.

Utility room
There is a washing m/c and dryer; iron and ironing board are located in the utility room, which you are free to use. Freshly cleaned towels and linens can be found in this room.

Games room
We have access to the garage via a door from inside the villa, which is a games room for are young guests and includes snooker Table, Hockey table, and Foosball Table.

Master Bedrooms and En-suite
Master suite has a large Size bed, roof fans, remote control cable TV, and telephone, which you can make local calls free. We have a walk-in closet so you have somewhere to hang all your new clothiers.
All the rooms are furnished in a typical Florida style,
The en-suite with large walking shower, with Glass Doors ,which is ideal for the elderly or disabled to use a vanity unit with over lights and a hairdryer.
Second Family Bathroom
There is also have a large jack and Jill bathroom with over shower, full size bath, WC and vanity unit with over lights, hairdryers are provided, all new linen and towels are provided free to use
Situated At the front of the villa, next to the second Double room and can be access by both hallways.
This pool house is a great for two families to share. We also have two Twin room, one is a Disney Car
Theme and the second twin for the older child

Pool Area
South facing pool area is very spacious, large private pool with a beautiful south-facing pool which can be heated at an extra cost and also Lights up at night, very private
With comfortable sun lounge and chairs and table with parasol for you to relax on.
The sun hits about 7am and stays all day long; the water is still hot at mid-night, light the pool and enjoy swimming in the moon light. Pool heating is an extra cost at £11.50 per day
All Patio doors to the pool are alarmed, for peace of mind with our young guest. Table and chairs in the covered patio area that is shaded from the sun with a large parasol, so you can dine-Ala-fresco in to the night.

All bills and Taxes are paid on time; we have a Hotel Licence which is Law in Florida, only house with this licence can rent to Guests.
