Our town home is located in the beautiful gated community of Emerald Island Resort just south of Hwy. 192 and minutes from Walt Disney World. The resort is situated close to many restaurants and shops, yet far enough off the highway to be out of the busy traffic.
Our pet friendly home sleeps 6 and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The Master bedroom with balcony has a King sized bed and a private bath. It has plenty of closet space, a full dresser and 2 bedside night stands and a 19" TV. The 2nd bedroom contains a Queen sized bed with 2 night stands, upright dresser, full closet and 13" TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 1 night stand, upright dresser, closet and 13" TV. Both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bath. All sheets and towels (except pool towels) are provided. The living area consists of luxury leather furniture, a 32" TV with VCR, DVD, CD/radio stereo and patio. Dining table seats 6 plus 2 bar stools. Kitchen imenities include stove/oven, microwave oven, dish washer, large refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, blender, hand mixer, and even a bread machine. The kitchen is also stocked with all the cookware, serving and storage containers you would need to make some home cooked meals. The half bath with plenty of storage and the laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located in this open floor plan as well. Wired with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi capabilities.

Guests enjoy use of all resort facilities. Two swimming pools and hot tubs, fitness center, tennis, volleyball, kid's play area, walking trails, tiki bar, clubhouse lounge with big screen TV, WI-FI and cyber cafe. Movie night, Karaoke, spa parties and other events take place all week long. Even Mickey stops by!
